I had an issue when I bought back issues, where some were lost in the mail. I contacted their customer service and they really were great, Georgina and Andrea. They re-sent me another package, and everything went smoothly.
Very friendly and helpful service for sure. You can buy with confidence from them, I know I will again for sure!

A magazine I ordered with a limited cd got lost in the mail. Katie was incredibly helpful in figuring out a way to find a spare copy of the cd (which turned out to belong to the editor) and posting it to me, even though the magazine had been out of print and the cds were thought to be gone.

Very easy to contact, you receive immediate confirmation they have received your request and that the appropriate person will be in touch. Each time I've used this method of contact I've had someone come back to me with only a few hours. Always polite, courteous and friendly.

I had a subscription query so emailed the address from my magazine postal envelope.
I received a prompt response from Katie who got to the root of the problem. No fault at Kelsey - I had duplicated my subscription order which is why I was receiving two magazines.

The very personal follow-up by every department at Kelsey. Our 98-year old friend's 20+ year lapsed subscription to This England was located, reinstated and he's happily revisiting England once again. This handled all the way long distance from America. Thank you, Kelsey.

I could not amend address details on line as I was listed as living in Afghanistan when it should have been UK but I've moved from there and now live overseas/ Needed help to make the changes.

I had a missing issue of a publication and the helpful and efficient service I received to resolve the problem was brilliant.

I needed help with my subscription. It wasn’t easy because I didn’t know many of the things I needed. I didn’t have my direct debit details (I couldn’t find it). I didn’t have my subscribers number. (I couldn’t find an email). And for a couple more reasons, it wasn’t easy.
I received great communications, and with help I was able to give just enough info to get the help I needed. The contact was patient, super nice, super helpful and to be honest, a pleasure to deal with. And that makes a change, especially in the post COVID era where service generally seemed to nosedive in general. Not here though. You have my gratitude.

Royal Mail lost my Rail Express magazine in February. I rang the Kelsey Media team, and the advisor was friendly and helpful, and organised a replacement copy, which arrived safely the following week.

Leaving a review on behalf of my dad, who has read, received and enjoyed Ship Monthly magazine for years. Unfortunately my dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and it’s now at a stage where we’ve decided unfortunately it was time to cancel the subscription, this is something we didn’t really want to do. Upon trying to find out how best to do this I emailed asking and explaining the situation and the response I received was nothing short of understanding and helpful, so a big thank you to Charlotte for advising and reassuring me. I highly recommend, not only from this experience but as a whole, publication always received and on time and dad throughly enjoyed reading it.

Ordered an item in December. It never arrived (if it was ever sent). Replacement sent, it was the wrong title. Endless promises to send another copy of the correct item (it never arrived) and to refund money (had to put in a claim via PayPal). Save yourself the hassle and don't order from them. See other negative reviews - they all tell a similar story.
