Hi, I bought a Patagoniabeanie online and forgot to apply the first order discount worth around $6. So I have emailed straight away explaing that worth around $6 refund to be deposited back into my bank account but I didnt hear anything back from you. So feeling a bit dissappointed now. I DID CHECK MY EMAILS AND THERE IS NO REPLY IN THERE. Might have gone in junk folder and got deleted. WHAT SIS YOU REPKY BACK TO ME? Will you refund or not?

I’m so disappointed with this store and I’m sad to be writing a bad review but I feel other customers should be aware of my experience.
I bought an expensive Ralph Lauren Polo shirt from the Men’s clothing store. It looked small for a medium so I checked with the sales assistant, who was lovely but reassured me that it was definitely a Men’s. I had bought it as a gift for my son. When I got home, he tried it and it was too small - I double checked and on the back of the Good as Gold Label on very small print (which also had black ink smudged on it) it says ‘Ladies’. So I emailed the store to request a return and was told that this was basically my error and they don’t do exchanges.
I’m not the kind of person to write bad reviews, but I think this really stinks! £45 is a lot of money for me so I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
I asked why the sales assistant didn’t know to look at the label to check - but they did not respond.
They tried to tell me that the Men’s store also sells women’s clothing but my friend and I looked through this shop twice in 2 days and only saw Men’s clothing.

Packaged was delivered promptly with a neat Lil handwritten note along with some goodies. Dig the personal touch.

Stoked with the shoe as well.

Will certainly shop again.
