I was bought a kit to make 2 little Christmas mice and I have to say that the instructions for making these mice were he worst I have ever encountered. There was 1 sheet of very small, out of focus pictures which did not explain what to at all. At one point, there appeared to a glue gun in use, but was this mentioned anywhere? No, it was not. There also appeared to be 3 or 4 pieces which were never shown on the pictures and did not appear to fit anywhere. Very poor kit. Please do not buy. There were no words to describe what to do. Perhaps not surprising as the kit is made in China.

I purchased a gisela graham peg bag from Amazon market place. I was very disappointed on arrival. The quality was poor and the item very overpriced. I found out how shoddy the workmanship was when I hung it on my clothes line and subsequently found it on the floor, the hook having dropped out. I tried screwing back in but it just dropped out again. John Lewis price for TikTok shop quality. What a scam!

Wow! Lovely items, very carefully packed and delivery was super fast. All round an excellent experience and i will definitely shop Gisela Graham again.

Try and be a little nicer to customers. Very aggressive manner. Customers don’t have to shop with you.

You go to order outside UK, drop of my country (It's just Ireland) comes up and then brick wall, if you don't ship there don't allude that you do, no trust at all, when asking they say ah go to Amazon?, Where it's 110% more expensive!? And then ask not to review as it's not a genuine customer experience? Avoid

Great customer experience! Reading some of these reviews I think people over expect! Products received were damaged, contacted customer care who arranged for replacements to be sent out the same day, perfect!

Product arrived timely, but quality was not as shown on website. Registerd request to return immediately, recieved immediately return address from Clair, Sent back and then sent Clair proof of sending after posting. Since this time chasing down reimbursement. Only after 2nd request to paypal for repayment, was contacted by Clair asking for order number and proof of payment. Which she already had. Still waiting for repayment. Use paypal if you order from this site, although can't recommend at all. Keep all receipts!!

I paid extra to have a faster delivery service as I required the items for a party. The items did not arrive in time and when I asked Anu for a £4.99 refund which was the cost of the delivery he refused. His answer was he had fulfilled his obligation and delivery issues were outside of his control. I would’ve thought the correct answer would be to apologise and refund me, then take it up with DHL himself. Very disappointing and I will not be buying from this website again.

Awful customer service. My order arrived with one item broken and two items missing. I emailed the company on the 20th January and no response. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Really poor quality products and even worse customer service. The lady on the emails really should go and get some customer service training

Awful customer service! I received an email saying 'there's still time to shop before Christmas' stating that for guaranteed Christmas delivery orders must be placed by 20th December shipped by DPD. I then proceed to place an order on 19th December and paid for the DPD shipping. My order didn't arrive for Christmas, in fact it still hasn't arrived! I reached out to the customer service team to be told that it's my fault, I shouldn't have paid any notice to the marketing email as it was wrong and automated! No apology was given and I just cannot understand how a company as big and successful as Gisela Graham, can send out wrong marketing emails to customers. I won't be shopping directly with them again and I would strongly advise others the same.

I was out with my sister in her car. I purchased some very pretty butterflies stoneware mugs in an outlet. Very nice quality, too.

Later I decided I should have bought 6 mugs instead of 4. But the outlet is not close to my home and I do not have a car. So I went on-line to order.

The delivery has been super-fast, by Royal Mail. And the items were beautifully and safely packed in recyclable material.

I only have good things to say. I placed 5 large orders for Christmas decorations over the last month. There is huge variety, and the decorations are more interesting than those from high street shops or supermarkets. The prices are reasonable. The delivery is always punctual and products are well packaged, arriving intact.

Thought I'd get started early this year and purchased 12 x Red Poinsettia Flower decorations. I ordered from the website on 27th Nov (due on the 3rd). The due date came and went and on the 7th I started getting worried so sent their customer service an email. Within half an hour I received a dispatch notice... So frustrating. Had it just been sat in their warehouse gathering dust?
A Customer Service agent finally got back to me on the 12th to tell me my order was due the next day. A 16 day turn-around... The only saving grace is the flowers are perfect, fantastic quality and I expect them to last for years.
