We have the kids bed matt with tuck in. We love this, it works so well and had lasted years despite being washed constantly.

I have been with the ndis for many years I can never end ever order anything on this website at mygiven time on my phone because there's constant pop-ups the way they've set it up is not like any other service where you have to do it separately it's confusing where I can't just tick ndis plan managed I'm sick of having to ring up to order anything I've had enough this has been going on for years.

I have just made my first purchase with Conni for my daughter and they have so many options that really help make life easier, Im already impressed with the customer service the staff are so kind and helpful even to a confusing situation they have great pricing and I love the package deals that are available, the postage is pretty quick also. Conni Australia is already great for me thank you for being so amazing to me I'll be sticking around for future purchases.

Communication with the Company is excellent. After many failed attempts trying different products, I "stumbled" across this Company and I am so glad I did. I will not shop anywhere else from now on. Product arrived earlier than I had expected.
Product well presented in beautiful packaging. I ordered the Trakka Underwear for my young grandson. The product is absolutely brilliant, high quality, very comfortable and well fitting, and has made such a difference to him and his family. I found the sizing chart to be fully accurate according to my grandson's measurements. I also ordered 2 bed pads. Same high quality and lovely with the animal prints on them. I won't shop anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend this professional, expert Company.

Product was fine..being bombearded with ads afterwards was not....yes I unsubscribed...didn't make any difference..I will avoid...

Conni are very professional and have wonderful products for aging customers.

Wrong size was sent, but correct order was sent by Express Post immediately. Customer service could not have been better. All staff I have spoken to were efficient, helpful and very friendly. Bed Pads look great, too soon to rate them. Thank you.

Got the 3 pack of conni's pet pads, medium size. Great size for our 17 year old spoodle, they feel like good quality. Have caught a couple accidents already, great to protect the floors and have been easy to wash and dry quick too. These are great! Only thing that would make these better is if they were non slip. They are a lil slippery on our hardwood floors but that's fixed by just popping some cheap non slip mats underneath.

I needed a waterproof mattress encasement for my husbands changing needs. The ordering process was simple and straight forward. Once it was ordered the invoice had to be processed through the NDIS which took about 3 days. After that the item was shipped. Unfortunately it took longer than expected to arrive, I suspect, because of a public holiday in WA. I have yet to place it on the bed but I am sure it will do the job of protecting the mattress. Overall I had a positive experience with Conni and would be happy to order other products in the future.

I ordered the reusable pet pads, unfortunately Australia post lost them in transit, I contacted Conni letting them know, they got onto Australia post for me, organised a new order to be posted express post and received it 3 days later. The person I was emailing was ever so helpful and courteous. Highly recommend. Pet pads are fantastic.

Good quality product, very quick delivery and decent pricing. I bought the pee pads for my senior cat who has renal failure. So far they are working to keep the urine off the floor
