They are excellent at communication, have wonderful support, and even better tools to help run your business. As a photographer it’s nice to have 1 place that can handle so much of what I need. Contracts, invoices, contacts, galleries, and so much more all in 1 website. It’s user friendly, totally customizable, and helps keep my client workflow manageable.

The best solution for you AND your clients. Customer service is great when an issue arises and you can't figure something out and the interface for clients is super simple and intuitive. The best tool in my business!! Pays for itself and a LOT more every year!!

Really great to work with . Very easy to figure out how to work with it and they have tutorials if you need help. Very customizable. Would recommend to every photographer. Being able to deliver photo without a flash drive or use of dropbox is very convenient. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the commerce end needs a little tweaking. it can be a bit confusing to track if you have many order coming in at once. so its really a 4.5 star review

Whenever I’ve called with a question, their customer service has been super friendly and helpful. Linking my contracts, invoices to ShootProof has been great- keeps me organized with a nice professional look.

I’d like to have it be a little more user friendly in navigating through the site and what I want. I’m computer savvy and know my way around a PC and Mac. There are a few areas I’d make more efficient. This way it would make me getting to know the site faster.
