Shoe arrived as expected. Good variety of quality shoes with fair prices.

My shoes arrived in perfect condition as promised and I would recommend this website to friends. I paid about $50 less here than buying with a box from the Dromedaris website.

The shoes came quick, however, they didn’t fit and are being returned.

Teva is what I wear in the Spring/Summer. Found one pair and Shoolu had a pair ready to ship. Arrived quickly in perfect condition and fit well.
Thank You Shoolu Team.

For some reason I was a little skeptical, but everything was great, got my order when I expected and It was exactly what I ordered. I bought a pair of Taos Sandals I'd had my eye on. The manufacturer website was all sold out in my size, and then I found them here. And I got 20% off. Win-Win!

Easy to navigate website. Great selections. Fantastic communication once the order was placed till it arrived then follow up. Will order again from Shoolu for sure!

I received my package swiftly and as expected.

Great experience, thanks!

Shoplifting is great. They answered my emails promptly! Delivery was on time. I do have to send one item back but they are great with returns. Would recommend them. They have a good choice of brand items at lower prices. MD

I paid $200 for some fancy Pikolino sandals. Shoolu told me my Visa card was fraudulent, even though my money was drafted from my checking account. I had to wait several days for my refund to post back to my account after my purchase was rudely rejected. I then went to Footwear etc. and found the same sandals for $30 less. Footwear etc. took my payment and shipped them off. The worst part is that I reached out to one of your agents via email, and whomever the person was didn't even try to resolve the issue. Very poor attitude no doubt driven by poor business standards. You lost $200, and a potential lifetime customer. But do you care? Absolutely not. Thanks Footwear etc. for my nice new Pikolinos. I love them!

Prices are so much lower than anywhere else, and the shoes shipped and arrived within days!

Fast shipping, great prices and awesome boots!! Extremely pleased with my overall experience and will definitely shop online again :-)

I had been looking for a particular shoe, and FOUND it at SOOLU, and they shipped really fast. THANK YOU SHOOLU!

Never ordered from them before but they had a shoe I love that is very difficult to find at all in my size so had to give them a try. Very fast shipping, shoe was perfect. Reminds me of Zappos when they started. Great overall experience.

Shoolu made my shopping experience GREAT! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. One of them fit perfectly. The 2nd pair didn't. I sent them back, another followed back to me, and alas, they too didn't fit. Customer service and support was very helpful, as was the website for exchanging information. Trustworthy company!

I found the item I was looking for, which was unavailable at other retailers, for a great price, and it shipped very quickly. Keep up the great work!

Everything that a runner needs; you find it here.
