Fast shipping unfortunately the shoes didn't not fit. I
Tried returning through the website but none of there links would send me to a return label. I tried calling went to voicemail and the mailbox was full so couldn't leave a message. I finally got through on an email and they promptly emailed me a return label. They definitely need to do some upgrade work on the website.

I'm a first time shopper. I found discontinued Ugg slippers. They're absolutely perfect and arrived in less than a week.

The boots were exactly what I wanted and expected. Shipping communication was great and overall I’m really happy with my experience!

I was able to find the shoes I was looking for that are no longer available on the manufacturer's website. They were also a better deal than the original price when I bought them originally. They also shipped them out very quickly.

I recently purchased a pair of boots from Shoolu and was really impressed with how quickly they arrived. The shipping speed was fantastic and definitely a positive.

However, I’ve run into some serious issues with customer service. Their 800 number leads to a full voicemail box and provides a different number that also can’t take messages. I’ve submitted a support ticket online but haven’t received any response, which is really concerning given the price point of these boots.

I’d genuinely love to leave a positive review, but at the moment, the lack of communication makes me question the company’s reliability. I hope to hear from them soon and be able to update this review with a happier ending!

It was awesome but the only problem was I ordered the boot in tan and I got gray with fur I didn't order. Ordered the Tan color without the fur trim boots if there's anything you can do it would be appreciated. BE Teets

The shipping was quick the price was right but I’m not convinced that these are real because of the nubuck quality i ordered 2 other pair of timberlands from well know stores around the same time and the quality definitely seems off with the ones I bought from here honest review
