This review is about a personalised shoe horn that I initially thought was of good quality. I purchased the shoe horn for my winter boots, and when I applied some pressure while using it, it snapped in half. Upon inspection, I found a knot at the point of breakage. I also took a picture to show the online customer support team, highlighting that less than 25% of the width was solidly connected—the rest was part of the knot line, which caused it to break. However, as it is out of warranty, they have refused to replace it, stating it would have broken earlier if that were the issue, which is disappointing, as, regardless of warranty, the pictures show a fault only found after the first real pressure was applied. Caution: Inspect the wood for knots before using or gifting.

I have purchased several personalised hangers and also a few personalised shoe trees. All are of fantastic quality and delivery only took a couple of days!

An excellent shoe shop, selling top quality shoes for reasonable prices. Perhaps the best thing about this shoe experience was the owner. He knows EVERYTHING about shoes and is generous to a fault with his time and experience in getting the right shoe for you. My elderly father has multiple foot issues, and after trying on just about every shoe in the shop, whilst the gentleman patiently attended to him, we purchased two pairs of shoes, that fitted my father correctly, so much so, that he doesn't want to take them off. An excellent experience, and I shall be bringing the whole family to the Shoe Tree in the future for the quality, reasonable prices and excellent customer service.

After what was initially a prompt and helpful experience has turned into a nightmare. Perhaps someone in British business can explain to me what customer service means.

Having endured delays in delivery due to industrial action and now a botched delivery to the wrong address what is the response from shoe-trees? We can't do anything until the item is returned even though proof can be provided that the address the delivery was attempted was the wrong one and the shoe-tree operative wanted to get away and enjoy her weekend at 16.05 on a Friday.

The experience of the customer is of no interest to shoe-trees. They have my money. I do not have my goods. Furthermore, I have to make a phone call, two emails(so far) & a review.

They are gojng to make me fight to get my money back for something that is not my fault. So be it. Game on.

I will never buy from these shysters again & urge everyone to avoid them.

I bought a Personalised Engraved Oval Beech Wood Key Ring from the company that is called variously Shoe Trees/Cathcart Elliott/Harbour Place. It was a gift for my daughter, with her name engraved on it, and looked very nice when it arrived. The wooden fob was lovely and smooth in the hand and looked great, too. Unfortunately after only a few months' use the fob parted company from the ring, and customer services could not have been less interested. They said the returns policy was 30 days flat, and after that bad luck, even if the product is faulty, as I would argue this is. Very disappointing. One expects more than a few months from a key ring -- at least a few years from a wooden one. But mainly I expect better customer service. They didn't even reply to my follow-up email after they had told me I was outside the 30 days. Very poor. I do not recommend this company.

Exceptionally good service. Had to return a gift to exchange size, replacement arrived very quickly. First class product (mens Orca mules) and very good customer service, I ordered from a company called Cathcart Elliot, but there seems to be a couple of trading names including shoe-trees and Harbour place. Very pleased with my experience.

I purchased size 13 shoe trees, which are well made the correct size and delivered quickly. I’ve now purchased 3 pairs
