If you are registering on Shock, avoid using Soulstealer invitation code. Totally unreliable. Broken promises, withheld payouts all the way. For additional perks, you can find much better codes. On 11 September, I contacted Shock Casino’s customer care to report severe gambling addiction and requested a permanent account ban under responsible gambling provisions. The account was confirmed as banned.

However, on 18 September, I discovered that the same account had been reopened and further i played in it —resulting in a loss of $210. This occurred despite my prior self-exclusion.

I raised the issue on 19 September, citing a clear breach of responsible gambling safeguards. Shock Casino denied the refund request, despite their duty to uphold self-exclusion protocols and prevent further harm.

This incident reflects a serious lapse in customer protection and accountability. I urge Shock Casino to review its procedures and take responsibility for the financial and emotional damage caused by this oversight.
