Upon receiving the shirts about six weeks after ordering, I found they don't fit. I even ordered a size larger but no where close to fitting, much too small. The company advertises 30 day returns however they will not respond nor send an authorization after several attempts. TOTAL BS! Do not order from this company!

I've read all the complaints and everyone is true, I think the BBB needs to be notified about this so called business, made in japam

The shirt is of very very low quality and they did not answer when I ask for a return, which they offer on their website. Do not buy there.

They do not return or respond to issues. I was sent the wrong shirt. I wanted to know how they wanted to resolve it. Emails went unanswered. Took way to long to receive order

Don't even bother and order somewhere else. Ordered a month ago, no support, no tracking, no status...
What you will receive however is a ton of unwanted emails to buy more.

I bought a shirt a month ahead of time for a 70's themed party. Then 5 weeks later it came in the mail. I have no use for it now and want to return it. Well I haven't even opened it to see if its the right shirt or not but I have emailed them multiple times to return it and never have gotten a reply. Its now been 3 weeks and nothing from them.... also theres no phone number to call them so they just send you a shirt and its tough luck if its not right in any way.

I received the shirt I ordered yesterday and the 1 I didn’t order but was charged for. I could barely slip my head and part of one shoulder through the opening. The material and craftsmanship is horrible. Know the company you ordering clothes from is my best advice. This company is a scam operated by a music company. Forget returning items. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Took 2 months to get delivered and it was not even close to what I ordered. Ordered corduroy collar shirts and got Mandarin collar weird slick fabric.

Took a while to get to me but I didn't expect it to over Xmas. Very happy with the quality, very nice shirt. BUT trying to contact these people is impossible. Thought I was scammed but it eventually got delivered, so I bought another shirt.

I placed an order got charged for two. Tried to stop delivery of one with no response: Had both delivers a week from each other very late (both). Tried to return one. Again, zero response!

Terrible! I still haven’t received my order from 3 weeks ago. My son wanted shirts as a Christmas present. They still haven’t arrived. No response from costumer service. Avoid this company!

Update-They finally arrived after a month, and one was the wrong shirt, and the other shirt was the wrong size. So frustrating!

if you are lucky, you will get a shirt at a good price that fits you. They will send you wrong stuff in your order though, and then bury you with "we'll get with you soon" emails when you try and exchange for the correct product. A complete disaster from a shopping standpoint. I have one of their shirts that is the wrong kind and wrong size and they won't respond to my emails to make it right. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Ordered a men's 3xl and what we received would fit an 8 year old! Reached out daily for 2 weeks and still waiting for a response over a month later. Absolutely ridiculous and no customer service what so ever! 110% DISAPPOINTED. Disputing charge with credit card company.

I ordered three shirts which have not arrived.I have emailed on three occasions. I have not received any responses. I think it is a scam.

Don't give them your money. You'll get an ill fitting shirt that, when you attempt to return, you won't be able to because no one will respond to your emails. SCAM.

NOVEMBER 2022 This "company" has changed it's name a few times in order to keep conning consumers. You pay them, the stock never arrives, you never get to speak to ANYONE. There is NO Customer Service. OUTRIGHT SCAM. DON'T BE CONNED.

Scam..cheap material, sent the wrong shirt, try to make a return or exchange and they are a ghost..avoid!!

I ordered a henley shirt. It was not a solid gray like the picture, and it wasn't the material I expected. I've emailed the company twice and haven't received a reply. After reading these reviews, I don't expect I'll hear from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY; DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible. I ordered one shirt and received a completely different one - and it took weeks to arrive. When I attempted to contact them through their two different email addresses, two different times, I never received a response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are either a fraud or so poorly run they do not deserve to be in business.

Never purchase from this company!!!
I ordered a orange shirt and received a light blue one. I've emailed straight away to sort it out with no reply. Been a month and still waiting!
