The Shipa delivery team confirmed that the delivery would be scheduled for today, but I have not received any call or message from the driver yet. The delivery has not been scheduled at all. They say one thing on the phone, but then the status gets updated as “customer rejected the item” or “customer rescheduled the item,” which is not true.

The most horrible and repulsive experience I ever had with a shipping company. For 5 days am asking about my delivery status and they’re saying the same thing today or tomorrow. That’s not how a big company should operate but it’s definitely not a big one. Their customer service are the most provocative, useless and pathetic people and they feel like you’re talking to a robot repeating only one phrase that the order is out for delivery and I should reach today or tomorrow. My biggest blame is on the big brand that partnered with such an underground company level.

Worst, horrible, terrible liars! I ordered from iherb for the medicine of my son and i received whatsapp message that my order will be delivered but nothing! Its almost a week now and worst part if you will call the delivery guy its auto forward and i feel stupid messaging him in whatsapp and no response and if you track they mention delivery failure, attempted to deliver if you check the time past midnight or 11pm!Seriously? Who works by 11pm or 2am? I forcely returned my order from iherb without receiving my parcel. I wish trusted online platform will never ever use these courier service! They just want money from online platform but once they handed over the order…even them are getting worst reviews since they collab with this worst shipa courier!

Worst experience payment was done I didn’t receive my order and they give false statements that the delivery person came he call me but I didn’t answer so he left but I didn’t receive any call from delivery man and they don’t have any proof that they called me

It is saying ghat they will deliver the package since 1 week and it is prepaid also still I didn’t received the item yet. We ask them the location and we will pick up the item directly from warehouse and they said they don’t have that option and We also can’t cancel the order also. They are not working in the weekends also. I never had this much bad experience with any of the couriers .

This is the worst courier service . It is wrongly showing delivered and i havent received the material till now. when i raised the complaint , they are telling special team is investigating this that from morning . They have to just call the delivery guy and ask him why he falsely submitted as delivered. but they are just playing around and make us fool . Such a BULLSHIT CRAP SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

Extremely Poor Pickup Service and False Status Updates
I placed multiple return pickup requests, yet the courier never contacted me or attempted collection. Despite this, the system repeatedly marked me as “unreachable,” which is completely untrue.
When I checked the courier app, I even found false updates such as “customer changed their mind,” which I never submitted. These inaccurate status reports caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
This level of service is unacceptable. I hope the company reviews its processes and ensures accurate communication and reliable pickup in the future.

Shipa and their customer service are horrible. They are a total let down and im totally disappointed with their services .They were supposed to pick my return pack from Trendyol, and its been over 15 days now,contacted shipa customer service multiple times but instead of any prompt action, all i got to hear from their representatives were apologies and will escalating to top management.I request whoever is planning to do a tie up or partnership with these guys..Stay away!! They are not professionals and they will disappoint your customers. Sorry Trendyol,you chose the wrong shipper and a customer like me will think multiple times in future before we order anything from ur store because of your tie-up with unprofessional and irresponsible shippers like Shipa!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP TO ADDRESS THIS COMPANY TO THE CONSUMER COURT. THRY ARE SIMPLY TESTING CUSTOMER PATIENCE. A SIMPLE COURIER PICKUP IS TAKING MORE THAN 10 DAYS. AND WHEN WE CALL THEIR HELPLINE, THEY HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Very Bad delivery System, rider not calling or putting feedback, not answering for the Last 10. My delivery is with them, but they cannot deliver to Dubai.
The delivery team is very, very Cheap and a liar, always just adding wrong comments online.

THIS IS THE MOST STRESSFUL COURIER I ENCOUNTER! MY PARCEL IS LATE 3days AND THEY WILL NOT COOPERATE WITH YOU. THEY PRIORITY THE OTHER PARCEL WHOS NEAR TO THEM (DRIVER) RATHER THAN THE 3DAYS LATE DELIVERY! AND SOME OF THE DRIVER HAVE AN ATTITUDE ISSUE!
SHIPA DRIVERS HAVE A SAME LINES EVERYDAY, THEY SAID "I HAVE 100 PARCEL TO DELIVER TODAY PLS WAIT.

Unbelievably bad and unprofessional service I ever had !!!!!!! Customer service is keeping you on hold for 30 min to answer,giving you fake information and answering by rude un respectful way!!!!! the requests created on november 20, 2025 and no one is contacting me to pick it up moreover i'm following up with your team on daily basis for three times and no one is giving me a solution or give me a clear answer. already i filled an official case against your company in DET because your company should not be legal in dubai nor in uae.

I ordered something to be delivered by 28-11-2025, but it hasn’t arrived. Every day they text “your order is out for delivery,” then later say there’s a problem with my shipment. The address and phone number are correct. Customer service keeps saying the driver has it, using the same words each time. I want to cancel but fear a long process. Once it’s delivered, I’ll uninstall the app.

I wish I could give zero stars. They tell you what you want to hear. Delivery driver dishonest. 100s of kids didn't get their medals and rewards because of these guys. Disgraceful.
