Piece of junk. No refund. 10 separate emails about item being shipped. Wish I had seen these reviews first.

Months ago I order a product and still haven’t seen it. I threatened to call the BBB I didn’t get my money refunded. We will see in 5 to 7 days if it’s back in my account, if not, the call will be made! Plus they charged me double over what they said the price was!
Never again!

Worst company and products on the internet .
Shipping took so long the refund policy has expired . I can’t believe I spent 20 dollars .

Biggest rip off ever. I bout 2 of the zj3 Cub Weathervanes and paid $93 for the 2 of them.
No instructions and I have sent them questions multiple times and have never gotten any response.
I see the same product on many sits now for $15 to $25.
They make impossible to to return it with their rules like must be in original box which everyone always tears apart, plane must be the same as when shipped meaning all then bends you have to make you won’t be able to get back in the same position as when shipped, etc.
I’m betting that now matter how you ship it back they will find some reason to say no.
Everything about this complex is bad news.

Since I paid $93 for 2 and could have gotten them for $35-$50 they scam me big time. If they were legit they would refund 1/2of my money. Yeah I’ll wait

I bought one of their product called 18K gold plated to shave my eye brows. The product does not work right and also give you electric shocks!
after communicating with them by email few times and sending them the proof of how it does not work, they offer me $3.00 refund. no customer service at all! Their offer is slap into your face!
they are total scammer!!!! do not buy their products.

This is an update… . Products arrived promptly so I must upgrade my rating.

I just placed the order for 3 LED solar lights!
I should have come here first. Now, regrets based on reviews: if I cancel the order I’m afraid they won’t send the product but WILL CHARGE the sales amount anyway!

I’m giving them 3 stars since this vendor may perform; I will try to update later.

I ordered a facial hair remover. I never received it. I sent an email asking why it was taking so long to deliver. They said Canada Post says it’s delivered. Then they said it must have been someone in my building, who took it. I said no. They are now ignoring me. Avoid anything to do with this company. Total scam.

Was very disappointed ordered lights in late March early April and I still have not received them.

Like so many others i got ripped off by this company.. Strongly suggest not to buy one single thing from them.
I bought 6 solar lights from them, one the wire was cut & the 2nd one just didnt work. After numerous emails, was told to send video, couldn't get the video to send, so they said pictures were fine, I sent pictures, then they kept asking for a video, I had to tell some id--t 4 times that Ii could not get the video to send, so then they asked for more pictures, which told then was already done. Was told I had to mail the damaged products back to china and I would have to pay the shipping. They just keep trying to avoid replacing the damaged product. Sent them an ugly email on what they could do with their product.

Avoid.. do not buy.. complete con. Bought two products the same one worked one didn't. 10 emails to thier customer support and having to send a ridiculous video of the item not turning on they have offered me 5USD compensation and to keep the product... Bloomin jokers!

I bought solar lights back in March, have not received.The tracking number has them in Yellowknife , since April. I have contacted company so many times, now they tell me to check my post office, like the ownis is on me know. They are not good company, stay clear.

I brought 2 pen shaped facial hair removers they both worked perfectly included battery they took a bit longer to come than usual and packaging was damaged through the postage but I was happy with what I recieved

i have purchased lights from this so called company they took weeks and weeks to arrive when they did one was totally smashed to pieces and the other one just doesn't work i have sent numerous emails to the customer services and even sent a video of the lights still they insist on more things to do the next step is to go to trading standards as they were not cheap to buy . these people should not be allowed to get away with such shoddy goods really annoyed i fell for this

I got burnt by Shineshore. I made the mistake of not googling them to find out about their company and they ripped me off. I ordered solar lights back in March of 2022. They sent me a email from the shipper stating a label was created and they were waiting for the package to be delivered to them, this was in March. They said I would get an email when the package arrived at the shippers. I never got that email. Then I got an email with a tracking number that was not a valid number, it said order not found. I screen shot it. I waited and waited, contacted the company, they said they would look into it. I contacted them again and demanded a refund, they told me it was to late to get a refund and to wait for the package to arrive and see if I wanted to return it. I sent them a nasty email, thieves that they are demanding a refund. SCAMMERS and THIEVES!!!

Rubbish company and customer service. First they increased the price to cover shipping costs. Reversed the costs after I threatened to challenge credit card charge with my bank. Then got a defective device and asked for either a replacement or refund of per unit cost. Offered a credit of one third of unit cost. Representative p,evaded with me to accept this nominal refund as any higher amount would risk his/her job. Very shabby. Don’t deal with this irrefutable company

After waiting over a month for my items (solar garden lights), one of them didn't work on arrival. I contacted the company who after several patronising emails agreed to give me a refund but only when I had paid the return postage to America.
Any half decent company would have just sent out a replacement.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. BE WARNED.
