Sneaky little bussiness practice
3 stars because the product is actually pretty great. They do fade badly over time and start looking ratty but continue to work great. My real complaint is they send you a 10% off your 1st order coupon, but don't honor it if you purchase a bundle. They also offer a $20 referral credit to you if you are referred by a friend and to the friend who referred you. But guess what? They don't honor it if you order a bundle. I've ordered twice from them anticipating a bit of a discount but haven't received a single penny yet. Neither has the friend who referred me. Regardless of how good a product is, I dislike it when companies try to suck you in with a deal and then snatch it away from you (at the very end of the transaction). IMO, they do this purposely, realizing that after you have gone to the trouble of entering all your checkout and credit card information, you have probably committed to the order and will buy even though they snatch your discount away from you at the last moment. Worked on me, I'm sad to say. But I will not disappoint any of my friends by sending them the sham $20 referral deal. Shame on you, Shibumi.
