With that volume, occasional operational issues can occur under normal circumstances. What is not normal is the inaccurate and misleading narrative currently reflected on our Trustpilot page. The current reviews do not reflect our business, our ethics, or our 10-year track record. They are the result of a documented competitive attack. We have been actively working with Trustpilot to address this ongoing reputational harm. However, the platform’s response has been insufficient. The same gaps in policy and enforcement that allowed this exploitation to occur continue to allow it to persist. As a result, the original harm is being extended — long after the underlying issue has been resolved. While we are shipping orders on time and fulfilling all customer obligations, the false narrative has created unnecessary customer concern. This has led to increased sensitivity around routine shipping variables, escalated interactions for our Care team, and additional operational strain as we manually review patterns of inauthentic activity across platforms. This is not a reflection of our business. It is a consequence of platform failure. The continued visibility of inaccurate and manipulated reviews is materially harming our company and misrepresenting who we are. It also impacts customers directly — creating confusion and undermining trust where it should not. We have been in business for a decade. For eight of those years — while generating millions in revenue and fulfilling hundreds of thousands of orders — our Trustpilot presence reflected fewer than ten total reviews. The sudden surge of approximately 300 reviews aligns directly with the moment we enforced our patent and intellectual property rights against an accused knockoff of our female-founded invention. We have operated with integrity since day one. That has not changed. We will continue doing the work to restore an accurate representation of our business — but we would much rather be focused on serving our customers than responding to a distorted narrative across multiple platforms. Owner is rude, dismissive, arrogant

Items didn’t ship until 5 months later, I went on Instagram to see if there was an update on preorders and people had been waiting two YEARS for their shower caps. Meanwhile, the owner of the company was being snarky to everyone who had questions, saying they were “haters” and “attacking her small female founded business” when they were just asking for an update. Most credit card companies won’t allow you to dispute a transaction after that much time has passed so for the owner to act that way was extremely unprofessional

We can understand why you may feel this way especially during such a stressful period in time; but knowing her in person paints a very different picture! We all LOVE our customers, our Founder especially, as the company wouldn't exist without you! She's notably personable, friendly, supportive, and charismatic! No one is perfect (especially under extreme stress) and, while under the stress of managing our company's ongoing Competitor attacks - instead of shying away from her customers individually during this time like so many Founders would - she jumped in to support everyone - the team and customers included. Took over 5 months to ship and I…

Took over 5 months to ship and I received the incorrect color.

Update after company’s response.

This is my third purchase with the brand. My first one was great. Lasted a long time. Bought a second one from Nordstrom.com and the silicone(?) inner border began to fall off almost immediately after my first use, which was disappointing af. So that one didn’t really keep the moisture out. Decided to give it one more go and, several months later, so far so good.

Terrible Experience

Placed this order in September 2022. Received this order April 2024. The company would not give me a refund and did not respond when contacted by the Better Business Bureau.

Not quiet.

The shhhower cap is not quiet. It is slightly less quiet if I am angled at an uncomfortable spot. I tried being further away from the shower head etc. It is also too tight.

No cap - no replies

I ordered a cap in August of 2023. The CEO sent a generic email apologizing for the delay. My cap never came. I sent 4 emails and no one replied. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card in March of 2024 and the cap mysteriously arrived. Still no email to me directly about it. I should have been acknowledged in some way.

Shipping/communication is the worst I've seen

The product is fine, but it took over 1 YEAR to get to us. I ordered it in November of 2022 for my wife for Christmas. I reached out when it didn't show up in time. I reached out again several times after that. No communication at all. I had given it up as a scam. It showed up on our door in April of 2024... Would have preferred the refund.

I ordered this product 2.5 years ago…

I ordered this product 2.5 years ago and it came about 6 weeks ago. Customer service is non existent and honestly, the product isn’t worth it. Water seeps in when I’m bending down . A free, plastic one from the hotel does the job better!

WHERES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I purchased 8 shower caps early December 2023 for Christmas gifts. I just received 3 of them the end of April 2024. This company NEVER RESPONDS to emails-I have no idea where the other 5 shower caps are. My credit card was charged in full in December. The product is wonderful-the customer service: zero.

You took FIFTEEN MONTHS, offered me a refund then never acknowledged it again. You all are literally the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.

Shipping time

I like the product, I bought one for myself then bought one for my mother and grandmother, only for the last two to take 16 months to be delivered. The product is solid but that timeline is unacceptable. Just list the product as out of stock if it is not available to ship.
