Do not buy from this store. It does not reply to emails and it takes ages for delivery. The item I purchased is of very poor quality. The stitching is not straight and does not look like the item in the picture . I requested a refund label and my money back but did not get a reply.

Poor quality, poor customer service, shipping from China and returns must be send back to China at considerable cost. DO NOT USE. Luckily PayPal gave a full refund.

I ordered on Sunday and then when I relaised the long delivery times, as per their policy I emailed them within 12 hours to cancel the order.

It is now Friday, I have sent 2 further emails to chase refund. I have had no reply to the emails sent and the customers service number is a mobile, which nobody answers.

I starting to think this is a scam. They take your money and then won't refund it when you want to cancel the order.

I would avoid this company, plenty of other clothing companies to purchase from. Had to request a charge back through my bank to recover my money!

Thought it was a UK company. Did not expect coat to arrive from China. Long delivery time. Very disappointed in fabric, design and colour. Free postage offered for goods £29.99 and over. Discount offered on first purchase making postage payable. Did not fall for that one. A mistake I will not repeat. Thankfully I only ordered one item. Had a good laugh as would not wear the coat outside the confines of my bedroom. Totally hideous and a waste of money. Maybe I should burn it to keep myself warm rather than wear it. Advise others to read reviews before ordering to avoid disappointment. Am older and wiser but poorer now.

Delighted with the quality of my garment and with the service from this company. I contacted them regarding shipment and expected delivery. Emails were responded to within 24-hours. Would definitely be happy to purchase from Sheila again.

I ordered a pair of size 6 shoes. They sent size 5. When I contacted customer services they were very helpful and agreed to send the size 6. Although it took awhile to arrive, I am very happy with my shoes and would purchase from Shelia again as I am pleased with the product and the response from customer services.

Order two dresses. They took a few weeks to arrive which I had anticipated. When they arrived I had been sent the wrong sizes! One fitted but the other far too small!
I emailed the company and they were extremely helpful and sorted the matter immediately. I got sent a replacement which arrived quicker than the first order.
Love the items!! Worth the wait. Would definitely order from Sheila again 🤗

Excellent product, excellent value, good service. I bought both colours so these cardigans/jackets go with everything. I love them.

I was disappointed with the sandals I received which were of poor quality. Customer services on the other hand were fantastic and gave me an immediate refund without having to return them.

The second time I've ordered from this company. The first being a couple of years ago. The dresses I ordered took about a month to be delivered (much quicker the first time). I chased the order up and was kept up to date with the situation. Very pleased with the dresses once they arrived. I would not hesitate to use this company again but may have to factor in delivery time scales.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site. They took ages to arrive. When they finally came they are nothing like the shoes pictured on the site. Very misleading. Also sent the wrong size. I have asked for a full refund as I will return the shoes. I will see how that goes…

My dress was taking quite a while to arrive and I ended up cancelling my order. I can only review how good customer service was as I cancelled my order and they refunded me very prompt.
