Little delay on the order but everything else was perfect, receive good quality products that I was not able to found anywhere else on the internet. Would buy again

the post office delivered my package only God knows where I contacted Shelhealth on the weekend and I sent me another order the same day. After the stink I cause with the post office they made sure it was handed to me.

I wouldn't trust ShelHealth anymore. I think they're just messing with their clients. My order's completely messed up. And even though it was one of the reallyy loooongeeest deliveries I know. That's not okay. I'm not ordering here anymore. Maybe I'm the only one so unlucky and the company is adequate, but my trust in ShelHealth has been lost.

I received a partial order, but was charged for the full amount that I thought i was getting. I tried contacting their customer service and finally filed a claim with PayPal to no avail. Apparently because I received a partial order, there is not way to prove that some of the items were not accounted for. Save your money and shop from a well known reputable company.

I was concerned after reading many of the negative reviews and after ordering on 5/14 and 5/24 rolled around, I was getting concerned.

I eventually received the product on 5/26 and noted that the stick on label was dated 5/15. My wife uses Informed Delivery and saw a package in the Postal system for almost 10 days in Florida. It was delayed by Postal Issues and I would guess likely related to COVID.

To sum it up, ShelHealth did their job, my delay was caused by the Post Office.

You were quick to take my money, however, I never received what I tried to purchase. You are a dishonest company. Never even e-mailed to say when the product would arrive.

I was happy to find the product I was looking for on this site. But with the understandable delays due to COVID, I ended up finding it sooner elsewhere and cancelled the order. I then received the order in the mail and returned it to ShelHealth. I've since sent two emails to customer service with no replies. There is no phone number to contact. The website offered me the option to send a live message through the site, which took me to Facebook, and then said no response was available at this time.

I am returning customer of shelhealth, they have number of items i cant found in other websites. Shipping is smooth and product quality is really good highly recommend

Contrary to some of the reviews I read here, Shelhealth gave me good service and a great product! The order took awhile, but I expected that, as they are in the middle of a COVID-19 hotspot. My order arrived totally intact, four glass jars, with no damage whatsoever! They were double wrapped in bubble wrap. They also promptly responded to my email inquiry about the shipping date. I am very happy that I ordered from this company and highly recommend them!

i think this company is understaffed during this pandemy, it took a while to get reply to my problem. there were 2 items missing from my package, after few emails they refund me immediately. Very happy with the rest of the products.

I ordered 4 cans of Crisco from this company. When the package arrived all of the cans were dented and 2 of them were split so bad I had to find containers to put the Crisco in. I will never order from this company again.No, I did not contact them. I want nothing more to do with them.

Horrible experience. Box came with one trail mix completely opened and exploded in the box. The other one was in tact but covered in debris and abut to open itself. Sent picture to their customer service asking for full refund. I WILL NOT buy from there again.

Took about 2 weeks to receive my order after I contacted them. When it arrived, the glass containers were wrapped in 3 layers of bubble rap(great!) in box with pieces of other ripped up cardboard boxes used to fill the remaining space(not very professional in my opinion). While I am pleased I received my containers, I wasn’t happy with the packaging or time it took. Maybe the package got misplaced at the post office. I will purchase this produce from them again.

Our delivery came in time , however there were about 6 broken and some cracked glass bottles . Your packing needs to be more secure since you are shipping glass .
It took over 1 hour to clean up the glass and wipe off all the bottles . This was with the shipment that had the 2 cases in them . The single shipment arrived in tack no breakage .
We love the drinks . Solution would be to pack the top and the bottom . Top and bottom needs to be secured .
Hope this is helpful advice . We love your juice . We will continue to order .

My bread arrived in an old meat box with the packing tape stuck to the bread bags. This create large rips in the two of the 4 loafs and the bread had been exposed to the elements to and who knows what else before arrival.

No invoice, slip or instructions on how to return it.

Almost 24 hours later and no response from customer service.

I’m sure the bread is fantastic but can’t eat it because of poor packing/shipping.
