I would never use this company again, and am warning people not to use them. I have never had such poor customer service: you can’t get a hold of anyone and your product never gets shipped.
I ordered my product on January 18th and received a email confirmation that the order was placed, and that is the last communication regarding the order I have received 14 days later.
They have not shipped it, they make you upload a Shop app to track it, but it states it has never started the shipping process.
I have sent two emails to customer service, because they do not answer the phone, but instead instruct you to go to their email, and I keep getting back a cut and paste email saying as “stated on our website there is a delay”.
I hate to say it, but I really appreciate Amazon and their communication system and their quick delivery. Unfortunately, I can’t get the product I need from them and the manufacturer has stopped manufacturing it all together. I used to order it from the manufacturer and had no issues.
Again, do not order from this company.

Now, two weeks later after ordering, I get this email back from them after my third email.
This is crazy, since I did pay with PayPal. What an awful company.

Ordered a pillow. Never opened it, but saw that it was going to be too thick, and the company would not let me return it, claiming that it would be dangerous to them to allow me to return it. Can’t make this stuff up. Avoid this company.

ShelHealth sent me the wrong order and will not reply to provide a remedy. I suspect this company is a scam; I would not order again from them.

Ordered 24 bottles of Dessert Pepper Pinto Bean Dip but got 24 bottles of Bean Cheese Dip instead. Neither of us can stand the chesse-bean dip (i haven't even been able to give it away) but there has been no response to my many phone calls and emails to this company. It's not the product I'm complaining about, it's about the company refusing to respond to my complaints of their sending the wrong item.

Arrived in horrible condition and upon opening the bags they were all crumbs. Had to throw them out. The company refused to refund me! I threw out the bags of crumbs and after it took them almost 4 days to wrote me back they asked me for pictures.

Order came quickly. I live off grid and often need alternative ways to cook or heat. I recently got an indoor/outdoor oven and I needed the fuel for indoor use. Since our winter can start in September and run through June I like to be prepared.
Poor User Experience
I ordered 2 jars of cocoa wafers from ShelHealth--a product I have ordered many time before from Amazon without it melting. I wanted to support a smaller business, so decided to place an order.
Both jars were completely melted solid.
I reached out to customer service who basically said it's in the fine print that we have no responsibility for damaged products. Hmm--so you ship a product slowly with sub-par insulation and that's my fault?
Sadly, I'll be going back to Amazon since ShelHealth doesn't seem to prioritize their customer's experience.

When I rcvd my 2 black diamond crepe myrtle mystic magenta trees 1 major limb of one was 66% severed I sent a pic and they sent the return paperwork to return it to Sam’s club who sells them 15 dollars less that’s extortion atleast they should sell their own sams club rcvd it back on 4/14 and today is 4/22and shelhealth has yet to return my money when you call their number it’s a recording telling you to email them naturally this is confrontation avoidance. A crappy company on a good day which doesn’t even have the balls to address their dysfunctional issues they really need to man up their organization or roll the heck out I’d I don’t have any type of contact or refund by 4/25 I will be pursue this with the better business bureau

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a case of a hard to find seasonal canned soda. It arrived quickly, but damaged, and in packaging from a different store. Every can had either exploded or bulged out and was about to. The packaging was wet and damaged. Customer service stopped responding after their first message, so I tried again and they again stopped responding after one less-than-ten-word reply. Next time I'll skip the middle man or just go without - too bad it took me 35$ to learn that lesson!
Edit to add - shelhealth tried to get my review taken down, by telling trustpilot it was a false review. I had to submit a screenshot of my receipt to have my experience verified. If I could post pictures, I would!
