THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

I have placed an order from SHEIN on Dec. 31 totalling $145.99.

the package was never delivered to me despite the package being marked as “Delivered”. I have confirmed with my concierge the delivery on Jan 7, and in the photo UniUni (carrier) provided there is no SHEIN package to be found.

I have an email from the carrier admitting that the package was lost.

and the “proof of delivery” I received clearly shows there is no package from SHEIN, nor a package big enough to contain $146 worth of clothing as this was the contents of my order

this has been an incredibly frustrating process contacting SHEIN and UniUni customer service and kicking the ball between themselves

My credit card company has closed the dispute because shein provided a proof of delivery even though the proof is CLEARLY insufficient and recharged my card. But for some reason the dispute is still not closed on sheins end and therefore they cant refund me 🙃

And im pretty sure they’ve blocked my actual account from customer service bc the option for a live chat wont show up anymore and I had to make a new account just to talk to a real person.

They refuse to refund me for a package LOST BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY from 4 MONTHS AGO

Will not be shopping with shein again !!!

This company is not fit to sell any furnitures as they have no after service towards damaged item.
They do not provide exchange or refund for most overweight items.
You reach out to their customer service, they'll ask you to pay in advance to ship the item back and credit you a full refund, then will tell you the item was lost and never received.
Bunch of dishonest scammers, stay away, save your money and time

The shirts are decent quality. They fit true to size. The order came earlier than anticipated.

I have never had a problem with SHEIN. I have returned many items with no problem. You have to remember these are very low prices so you have to read reviews. I have ordered any different things and I’ve always been pleased.

Some things are ok. Just don't order the peel and stick nails. Very poor quality. Also nursing scrub uniforms are short waisted with saggy pockets.

Shein Canada has the worst Customer Service representatives. It takes 24 hours for a reply. Simple questions were not even addressed in their reply. The toll free number does not work. The reps do not care!
I DID open a "ticket". They take at least 24 hours to reply to it and each subsequent message, and have NEVER answered my questions! This nonsense from Shein's reps has been going back and forth in emails for many days - with ZERO answers to my questions. Go to Amazon or any other site, but stay away from Shein.

I had a hard time navigating their site to return some items. When I finally found it, I was not able to check the items to return (glitch?). I tried different browsers and was unable to even log in, even after I changed my password. I couldn't contact customer service without signing in. CS is just a bot that sends you in a loop. I asked the bot for a phone number on FaceBook so I could speak with someone and got "Oops, no response". Shein is looking like a sham. The clothing is cheaply made and not worth the hassle. I've since seen their labor practices are not ethical...I guess ethical doesn't make money. Be warned.

I waited a loooooong time before trying Shein because of all the bad reviews... and I regret it! My first order just came in, the 3 skirts I received are absolutely beautiful and the fit is amazing! The tops are also beautiful and I love the fit!!! I only have to return 2 of the same tops (different color) because I bought them too big... my bad! I will definitely order from them again.

I have made three orders through SHEIN. All items as described and actually exceeded quality expectations on more then one occasion. I have specifically bought clothing and had absolutely no issues.

It's time to boycott Shein!!!

I used to be a regular buyer from Shein. But I've recently ben educated on where the clothes come from and how poorly the workers in their sweatshops are treated. Shein has grown massive and is popular amongst almost everyone. It's by far the #1 drop shipping clothing site out their. Some people think tey are doing no harm because fast fashion is every where. However, Shein is one of the biggest companies with the largest amount of consumers, so even buying from other fast fashion sites such as AliExpress or H&M would help.

I suggest doing your research if you disagree with my review. The way the sweatshop workers are treated is despicable and inhumane. As long as they get money from you buying, the company will continue to grow and grow.

Wide selection and items arrived fairly quickly. However, I had an issue with one of the products received and trying to have a live chat with someone in customer service is next to impossible.

My niece introduced me to Shein and it's now my favourite online clothing site. Everything is super cheap and affordable. You can buy a whole outfit for under $30 which is crazy if you compare it to other clothing prices nowadays. They do take a while to ship but I don't mind considering the price points they offer. I would highly recommend to those who are on a budget but wanna stay fashionable.

I order quite frequently from SHEIN. The size descriptions are typically very accurate. Take the time to read. Most of the time I am very happy with all of my purchases. On a few occasions I have had to return and they provide a shipping label. Refunds were processed quickly. I have been very happy with SHEIN.

SHEIN is also WISH 100% garbage!
I ordered once the quality was horrible and even though their return policy states my first return is free they still held back the shipping. Online Box Stores located in China ALL come from the same warehouse. it's actually disgusting.

Honestly surprised after ordering on shein, stuff is a little expensive but GREAT quality and arrives super fast!!

Poor quality , severely delayed items incompetent customer service with disrespectful practices bordering on harassment.

Your questions don't get answered you just get a million replies telling you they can't do anything about your order when you're inquiring about the slow delivery and after sending 1 inquiry about where your order is. This is likely the result of bots. The customer service is just as poor quality as the clothing. Lost customer.

you get what you pay for, but if you are careful to read the reviews you can find decent items. i avoid buying clothes that can only worn once or twice because it is terrible for the planet!!!! I received all my shipments within 2 or 3 weeks, which is generally much better than aliexpress, and I didn't pay any shipping fees by using the free standard shipping.

Très mauvaise expérience avec ce site. C'était ma première fois de commander et je ne commanderai plus .
Après environ 3semaines d'attente je reçois une notification que ma commande a été livrée il était environ 9pm. J'ai vérifié tout autour de mon appartement mais je n'ai rien vu.
J'ai fait une réclamation et on m'a fait comprendre que je dois contacter le livreur mais les numéros de téléphone fournis sont hors service. Je me demande s'ils font exprès de communiquer ce numéro ou alors ils ne le savent pas . Parla suite j'ai recontacté le service client et à ce moment ils me propose de rembourser ma commande et en guise de dédommagement 50points équivalent de 0.50$ 😆. C'est de la pure moquerie ce site.
Le service est nul et j'ai déjà découragé plus d'un de commander chez eux.

If I could give them a zero I would. The lack of transparency, customer service, and disclosure about extra shipping charges makes their pricing obscured and higher than most stores. To deal with issues is almost impossible and the lack of a customer service telephone number makes it challenging.

Obviously not the highest quality but it's decent considering the price it's sold for. I'm concerned about the workers who make these clothes being underpaid.
