I purchased this shed for a rental home I own. The delivery was quick and easy. I hired someone to assemble the shed and they had no complaints.

I needed an unassembled shed because the yard is fenced and there is no access for a preassembled unit. I like that it is metal, so there is no maintenance like painting or staining needed.

Kit arrived when promised. All materials list arrived in great condition. Absolutely no missing parts. Directions were clear.
I called on weekend with a question and quickly got a call back and easy answer to my question.
I have the knowledge and skills to build a shed from scratch, but I appreciated this kit saving time and money. Thanks

On April 28, I ordered a shed from this company. What should’ve been a routine delivery turned into a bizarre string of excuses, cancellations, and finally—threats from the company’s owner when I left a 1-star review.

The shed was originally promised by May 13. When it didn’t show up, I was told May 15, then May 29—but I never received tracking, and the shed was ultimately canceled before that final date.

Additional follow-ups brought a bevy of excuses:
- It was lost
- It was missing a dormer
- Possible weather delays
- Busy season
- Third-party warehouse confusion
- Not in stock

After weeks of failure, I left an honest 1-star review with my personal opinion of the company. In response, the owner began emailing me directly—not to help, but to threaten and insult me.

2. “You will be met quickly with a civil lawsuit.”
3. “I’ve done it before and I’ll do it again.”

Next I received a letter from an attorney, demanding that I remove my review.

These were direct and inflammatory threats from a company who failed to deliver a product—and then seemingly tried to silence the customer who complained.

This type of response may violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act, which protects consumers' rights to express honest opinions about products and services.

It may also run afoul of anti-SLAPP laws, which are designed to stop businesses from using legal threats to silence public criticism.

I never got the shed. But I got a firsthand look at what this company is all about.

Decent prices, but meh customer service.

I bought a shed from this company at the end of March. About a week later they called to tell me there was a delay. I was fine with the delay so I kept the order.

During that conversation, they made it very clear that I needed to answer calls in the coming weeks. I would be receiving a call to schedule my delivery. I even provided them with a backup phone number in case they could not reach me, at their request.

Fast forward to today and the shed was just dropped off in front of my house. I received no phone calls or emails. No communication at all. When I called the company to inform them of this, they told me it was an error on the part of the carrier and there was nothing they could do.

Now, I did not choose the carrier, nor am I responsible for the logistics of shipping a shed. That's what I paid this company to do. So when I hear the blame be passed on to a sub contractor they chose, I still think that's their issue to correct. They disagree.

Now I get to take unscheduled leave from work to deal with this. I'm sure the shed will be just fine, but yikes what a nightmare. $1500 for a big fat inconvenience and lost wages.

I was a little hesitant at first just because there are so many scams online. This was a super easy transaction they communicate very well . We were called to verify shipping address and then we had our shed . Two weeks from start to finish I will be buying another shed from them. Great job 👏

Instructions were very detailed with great illustrations. Overall the shed kit was a great time saver because everything is pre cut preciesly to size.

The sheds are perfect and beautiful. Took two of us two full days to assemble two sheds. The roofs were a bit difficult - didn't quite line up, but all came out well in the end.

Shed was easy to put together and directions were easy to follow. It took us about a week to complete. The hardest part was leveling and digging out a spot to put it. Once level we ordered gravel and made a plywood base with all pressure treated lumber using 2 by fours per shed instructions.
Very happy with this project and it looks great and doesn’t leak.

The Whole experience was EASY. I am not a tech person, the website was easy to navigate to pick my shed. It was easy to place the order. Good price. In stock. Arrived in a timely manner. The delivery person was very nice and “dropped “ the shed where I wanted it.

Sheds For Less had the product I wanted at the best price, considering delivery was free. They communicate every step of the way. Delivery was quick and the delivery person was so helpful in that he didn’t just drop it in my driveway like many others would have. AND…he carted away the pallet that I didn’t need to keep.

I order a shed and I kept asking why the shipment tracking is delay. The customer service keep telling me it’s coming and to call the shipping truck. After 3 weeks of delayed shipment, I finally called my credit card to dispute the charge then they finally called me and tell me that the delivery carrrier was in an accident. Meanwhile they wasted all my time.

Pro: The chat is simple and easy to use. When you go to your account you can bring back the entire chat from start to finish even if multiple contacts.

Con: SFL doesn't just put a hold on your CC account to verify funds, they charge the full amount immediately whereas most don't charge until shipped. I feel that should be better communicated.

All in all decent experience and will use again and recommend to friends and family.

I would have given zero stars if possible. I purchased a shed in early November and was dissatisfied with the quality of the shed. After the 25% restocking fee, the $300 decrease for the ‘free’ shipping, and what it would cost me to ship it back I’d actually be out of pocket more than if I gift it to someone. Buyer beware!

This is for the shed itself, great product. The build quality was great, and no issues with fitment. For a plastic shed I was very happy with the quality and price. Delivery was less than stellar and the communication between seller and shipper were the worst I've ever dealt with. At the end of the day they have it at the lowest price and it's a great shed.
