Narrow shed supply and build
Easy and uncomplicated when picking and measuring, dealing with everyone they where really helpful as changed my build sizes a few times.
Well made and great quality the 2 fitters Ross & Tyler couldn't do enough to get it right.

Efficient & Helpful
Donna was so helpful from the start to the end of our shed project and guided me through it all. She was extremely patient with all the numerous questions I had and was always very responsive. Tyler and Shaun that fitted our shed on the day were great despite the dreadful weather, it rained all day. They did an excellent job and we’re very pleased with the end result. Many thanks.

Outstanding from first contact through to delivery and construction. Helped from the outset by Donna who took note of our requirements and discussed options. Order placed, monies paid as a deposit and then final balance. Shed delivered on date promised and constructed in one day by Tyler and James. Delighted with everything.

Mould/ Mildewy shed within a week
The planning process worked well and I was initially really pleased to be able to make a shed customised to fit the required space in my garden. The installation went smoothly and the fitters were happy to transfer some panels over a wall to get into the space which was appreciated. The finished shed seems sturdy and well built, as expected from the high price. However - the interior wood felt noticeably damp on the inside and within a week I had mould/mildew covering a large proportion of the interior. When I raised this then I was told it was ‘only’ mildew and to deal with it myself. I am now left with the timely and costly task of de-moulding the interior shed myself (having spent over a grand and with children around) with the anxiety of knowing that it could come back at any time. A very disappointing outcome as I believed I was paying for a high end, high quality product. All things considered it has not delivered value for money.

Your shed was delivered during wet weather. Unfortunately, given our climate, this is sometimes unavoidable and panels can become wet during delivery. In these circumstances, the door simply needs to be left open for a few days to allow the inside of the shed to dry out fully. As this was not done, moisture remained inside, which led to mildew forming.
This is not related to the quality of the building, but rather to basic care and aftercare. By way of comparison, leaving damp washing in a basket for several days would result in a similar issue. In
your particular instance this is easily resolved by allowing the shed to air properly and, if necessary, applying a quick spray of HG mould remover or a similar product.
You initially called and spoke with Kevin. Donna returned your call but was unable to reach you, and she then followed this up via email with guidance on how to resolve the issue.
In the vast majority of cases (over 99.9%), following this advice resolves the problem. Had you let us know that the issue remained after carrying out the recommended steps, we would have been more than happy to call out and investigate further.
We take pride in our customer service and always aim to go above and beyond for our customers.
However, we do need customers to work with us so that we have the opportunity to resolve any concerns.
That said, if you can confirm that the issue has not been resolved, we will still gladly arrange a visit to inspect the shed and take matters further if required. Kind Regards Donna

Excellent customer service from Sheds Direct. Dona was outstanding in customer care throughout. We had an issue with the interior wall boarding, which turned out to be the supplier’s fault, but Sheds Direct dealt with it quickly and efficiently. The problem was resolved with no hassle at all. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service from start to finish
Sheds Direct erected a wooden cabin in our garden and the whole process was swift, smooth, and completed on time. Ordering was straightforward, and visiting their showroom really helped. Kevin was extremely helpful and oversaw our design and specific requests with great attention to detail.
Donna provided amazing customer service throughout. When we experienced a setback due to the manufacturer changing the internal cabin panels from matt to gloss, the issue was dealt with swiftly and professionally. The panels were removed and replaced with an alternative interior choice without fuss. Communication was excellent throughout, with lots of contact and reassurance, nothing was ever too much trouble.
The quality of materials used is excellent, and the installers were polite, tidy, and respectful of our property.
A truly outstanding 5-star company. Highly recommended.

Great Service
The whole experience from ordering the shed with Kevin and Donna to the shed installation with the 2 guys that came to install it was great.
Kevin listened to what I needed and gave great advice for what I needed. Donna was really helpful in getting the shed delivered and installed on the day I needed.
The guys that came to install it were friendly and got it done in really heavy rain.
The quality of the shed is really good and I would definitely recommend Sheds Direct to friends and family.
