I ordered the Unlined Underwire Plunge Balconette Bra and it fits great and I have no back fat which is perfect for me! Super soft and very comfortable to wear. Their customer service has been fantastic as well. I had to return/exchange a different item and it was the easiest process to work with them. Highly recommend.

The three bras I ordered don’t fit
The three bras I ordered don’t fit. I am trying to return them but they keep offering me a partial credit and requesting I keep the items. I don’t want bras that don’t fit, I want my money back so I can shop elsewhere. Nothing but a hassle. Took a month to get the items and now it’s nothing but back and forth. Don’t buy here!
Update 9/30-still being offered a partial refund and no way to return. The customer service rep even told me it would not be cost effective for me to return the items. How do they know what’s cost effective for me? Receiving 3 items that don’t fit and only be offered 40% refund. Buyer beware. Everything comes from China and they won’t do returns.

I bought 2 packs of these, one set was Medium and the other Large. These are not really shape wear, they don’t do anything for pushing your tummy in. They should absolutely not be advertised as shapewear, it’s very misleading. I’ve had 2 C sections and have a C-section apron belly that needs toning. They shouldn’t be advertised as shapewear. They are comfortable underwear, a very soft material, but they aren’t a 100% full coverage, they are between a ‘cheeky’ style and a full coverage style. If you’re looking for a high waisted comfy material type basic underwear, this is for you. However, if you think this is going to tuck your tummy in, and offer you full coverage you might want to consider other options.

I really liked this bra. But it was too small for me. After speaking w customer service they reassured me that they would take care of this problem and send me another size. This was so easy. I thought oh no, I can’t return this and I’m stuck again. Nope, they were so nice. Hoping this size works!

Save your money. The panites don't offer any compression (certainly not what several videos show) and they are not returnable. (let alone their promised shipping date was blown through and didn't recieve them for over a month or more).

They have the best customer service. My package was left in a public space instead of my front door, which meant I never received my order. They were awesome and shipped me a replacement quickly.

Impossible to return
Merchandise was represented incorrectly and they refused to take a return. They are awful! They offered me a ridiculously small credit and I have launched a dispute with my credit card company.

Cheap bras, they only refund part of your payment
I ordered bras, but they weren't to my liking, so I tried to return them for a refund. That's when I found out they needed to be shipped to China in order to receive my refund. I ended up getting less than 1/2 my cost back after having 20 emails back and forth. I will never order from this shady company again, and I don't recommend you do either.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. They do not hold true to their refund policy and instead turn it into a negotiation tactic to keep your money and get you to buy more. The bras I received were horrible quality too. I’ve been going back and forth with them for 10 days now trying to get the address to return my purchase and once I called out that they’re purposefully delaying giving the info so I hit that 30-day mark, they stopped responding to me. I’m now trying to dispute with me bank.
