Customer service was great.
Product was not great. Received a replacement for 2 items that did not fit right but this bra was like it was printed out - very 1 dimensional and it's supposed to be a size large. Breathable Cross-Back Wireless Sports Bra × 1 Black / LARGE.
Item was completely flat, no curvature of the cup or anything.

if i could give it zero stars i would. i ordered $90+ worth of items on aug 15. it’s now september 9th and there has been no resolution. the response time is unprofessional. i requested a refund and they ignored it and replied with “we will send you the order and give you a 50% off coupon” that was sept 2nd- the last time i’ve heard from them. horrible customer service. terrible delay on products.

Total scam. Purchased 3 bras spent $130. Bra sizing is all over the place. Asked for refund and was given option to keep product and receive $30 refund. 2 months later and 4 follow up emails and I’m still waiting for an outcome. Bras are in the bin and totally useless to me. Save your money, don’t get fooled by the influencers selling this rubbish. Lesson learned for me.

Horrible company . Steals your money and never sends the order ever!!! When u email their support 14 times they don’t give a single response and I’m out my $60 . Their chat is responsive but has no answers just tells you to contact support via a fake phone number and an email that no one ever replies to. I’d give zero stars if I could. Wish I could just get my money back for the products I never received!!!!!!!
