Last year I wrote a review, a 1*. I have to update it with another one. They just don't give me other option.
But first let me answer to your answer.
I also delivered from my part everything, I've done everything you asked and beyond. I just dont get why can't we stick to plan and deliver what we agree on. Diana should just start the campain and monitor. I was in the 6 month, no, you asked for money, even thogh it wasn't in the contract. Coaching? You haven't coached me, at all! Not ONCE! It was only a promise.
Now the UPDATE!
I got a call today, I was so naiv, I thought it was the manager or the costumer support to try to fix between us! BULLS..T!! 🙈😅 It was a sales call! 😅🤣 they try even now to sell me they lie again. Unbelievable how deep and far they want to go. Please do me a favor guys. Take all the data out of your system.

I had collaboration with Sharpify and I must say, they people skills and communication is very high level. It was pleasure to work with every person I spoke to and my campaign manager Rēzija was very caring, understanding and pro active. We went through together every step and she answered all my questions. So far it was not only pleasant, but also my campaign was pretty successful and although in the beginning I was a bit sceptical, I see that they can really help with their knowledge and assistance in the process.
Paid 5,800€. Got one month and a bit worth of work, broken promises, and a refusal to honor their own commitments.
I signed up for a 6-month coaching program with Sharpify (NJ Media back then) in April 2024 for 5,800€. Here's what actually happened:
They couldn't deliver for my market. The program was scoped for the English-speaking market. During the cooperation, one of my businesses went through a serious crisis — a product recall that caused major financial losses and forced me to completely restructure my focus. Despite this, they showed zero understanding of my situation. Instead of offering a clean exit, they pressured me into pivots I never wanted to make, chasing directions that made no sense for where my business actually was. When I finally needed to work on the French-speaking market — the only one relevant to me — their team sent me ad copy written in English and asked me to translate it myself. They have no French-speaking expertise, no ability to write or test campaigns in French, and no way to optimize what works. All they did was produce generic ad copy with no proper strategy — and when it came to French, they handed it back to me to translate. They simply cannot serve francophone clients — but they'll take your money anyway.
They changed my account manager multiple times without my input. Each new manager had to be briefed from scratch. This is not a sign of dedication — it's a sign of disorganization that directly degraded the quality of service.
One of their own account managers promised a refund in writing. His exact words: "dude, the refund is still on table, no worries regarding it, we're no p**sies, if we dont deliver, we'll look for solutions." They did not deliver. When I asked for that solution, they told me his message was "informal wording" and no longer valid. A written commitment from their own employee — dismissed.
I flagged concerns about value in real time, during the cooperation. I told them directly: "I paid 5,800€, it's not to get access to videos on Skool." Their response was to keep me locked in, change the strategy without my agreement, and then blame me for not executing a process I never agreed to.
When I asked to exit early, they refused any refund and left me with no way out. So I was stuck. I couldn't get my money back, and I couldn't move forward with a program that no longer fit my situation. The only option they gave me was to stay — so the program sat frozen for months, completely unused, while my business moved on without it. And because they refused to let me leave, I had no choice but to go along with pivots that made no sense for me, trying to find some way to extract value from a service I had already mentally exited. Every "pivot" they now point to as evidence of their flexibility was actually the result of me desperately trying to justify staying in a program I never wanted to continue. They backed me into a corner, then used the time I spent in that corner as proof they delivered.
Their final offer after months of back and forth? A "handover call" so I could go work with another team. They literally offered me an exit package while claiming full delivery. You can't make this up.
I asked for a partial refund of 2,000€ — leaving them 3,800€ for one month and a bit of actual work. They refused.
If you're a coach or entrepreneur considering Sharpify: ask yourself what happens if your business situation changes, if they can't serve your market, or if results don't come. Based on my experience, the answer is: you lose your money, you get blamed, and written promises from their team mean nothing.
I've filed formal complaints with the European ODR platform and the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC). I'm sharing this so the next person doesn't make the same mistake I did.
One last thing: be careful when reading their reviews. The majority of positive reviews on their profile are for their SaaS product — not for their coaching and done-for-you marketing service. These are two completely different offerings. If you're considering their coaching program, those 5-star reviews are not relevant to what you're buying. Don't let them mislead you.
