Fast service and delivery. Product was well packaged. The rattan tray and planters are lovely. However, they are a bit light weight. I was expecting them to be more substantial for the price.

Definitely a 5 star experience only because 5 stars are the most you can get. This entire transaction was just perfect. We saw your product in a magazine display where you had taken the opportunity to include specifics in the back of the magazine about it and how to get more information( like background & how to order). It took less than 20 minutes to order which included order copy and delivery information to the USA plus a note letting me know they were short on cups. So far they had already achieved 5 star status - everything they did was about selling product and becoming a long term vendor ! From what I have seen so far products all appear to be fresh and unusual. Over dinner I excitedly told my husband I had discovered a new source. We both agreed that in this economy stores all needed to aim for 5 stars to keep their customer base coming back. Delivery of the order was met with great anticipation and some worry as 1/2 of one box was crushed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a note from the carrier saying they had repacked the entire box and had found no concealed damage. It is correct to say that the original packing was the best we had ever seen. The packing materials were excellent and the packing organization meticulous. Good Luck to this vendor, it is obvious that anything less than 5 stars isn't in their vocabulary . We'll be back!!!
