Although this vacuum cleaner does a very good job I find it really heavy to push and puts a lot of strain on my arm.

Fantastic vacuum, great pick up and the lift away feature makes stairs and coving much easier. Its fairly quiet too.

I brought a shark lift away duo clean pet, it picks up fine but after every use I have to cut the hair off of the brushes & take the front off & remove the roller as hair & dog fur gets caught in the sharp teeth. Just a few weeks after buying it they changed the design to the Anti hair wrap version. I did contact them but the customer service is very poor & unhelpful. So check if you’re going to buy one that it is the anti hair wrap model Will go back to Dyson in future customer service is so much better.

they have been taking money from my account and i have never bought anything from skarkliftaway its been nealy a month now and still no reply from them or even my money back from them

I purchased this on sharks web store..my friend has this model and I tried it,,I liked it so I got one for myself..the vacuum itself is fantastic sucks everything up,really happy that way,,but is a little heavier than I realised,,but still an excellent machine,,100 times better than my g-tech....

Loving my new Shark, ordering was super easy and quick, love that I can pay in installments as wouldn't be about to afford outright, delivery was quick and communication great.
I brought the new anti hair wrap as both my and my daughter have long hair and malt badly that I would have to clean out my old Shark once a week, but so far I've found this new hoover amazing.

Love it but the only downside is its quite heavy

I love these hoovers ,the suction is so good.I first bought one for cleaning out in the community and have found it so fantastic I’m getting one for my home. I’ve always had Dyson but I’d recommend this hoover to everyone.

I had a fraud issue as somebody has compromised some my details enough to purchased a product from Sharkliftaway. Since I have informed my bank the police and Sharkliftaway. I have a crime reference number given to me by the police that Sharkliftaway is refusing to take a note of?! I have informed Sharklitawaty in writing about this fraud; so far Sharklifaway is being negligent as they do not want to investigate what has happened. Shouldn't Sarkliftaway investigate? Maybe check their delivery company and all the steps where the parcel has been and where it was deliverd?
Did anyone else had a fraud Issue involving Sharklifaway?
