I bought an ebike January 2004 and have had nothing trouble with it!! Sent it back for it to be returned saying it's fine nothing wrong with it. Electric keeps failing with an F on the display and their response is ' don't know what that is' very disappointed with a lovely looking bike.

Luke was super helpful with helping me get a bike through the cycle to work scheme and pretty much took all the work away from me. I bought their Tiger mountain bike which was initially just going to be used for commuting to work. This didn’t last long as I started looking into going out on the trails on the bike and have now grown a love for mountain biking in general!

Any issues I’ve encountered have been resolved by their mechanic James. For a company that’s at the opposite end of the country to me, they have made purchasing a bike from themselves a treat.

As for the bike itself, the Tiger has been a perfect entry level bike for a beginner like myself. Taking it out on the trails I was out for 5 hours with the time flying by and the only reason for stopping was due to me getting too confident and absolutely sending it on my “maybe one last ride” which ended in a self inflicted puncture!

I was on my way to a Blood Cancer clinic when my back tyre exploded..I was deeply impressed with how Cycles-Shark dealt with my issues and how promptly and effectively they resolved them, particularly as I was neither carrying a wallet or a bus pass. a mistake I shall not repeat!!. As an ex local GP I thought they were wonderful and shall use them at every future opportunity.

Great company and fantastic bike. Been looking at the possibility of an ebike for a while, predominantly for my partner to brave the hills, and decided on the Tiger Shark ebike after seeing it initially at a cycle show. I came across an ex demo bike, which arrived the very next day, all well packaged. Once put together and duly test ridden, I have decided this is too much fun to let her enjoy all on her own. Makes commuting a breeze and being an avid mountain biker have taken it down the local red and blue trails, with which it coped surprisingly well. Hills become enjoyable and I can certainly now see the attraction of ebikes. If you are considering one, go ahead, what you waiting for? The Tiger shark is a nice looking bike, will make the climbs considerably less of a chore, and the company as a whole have been very pleasant to deal with.

Got Tiger shark about three weeks ago and I just have to say,, if you have means, go buy an ebike. I've enjoyed my rides to work and weekend getaways a lot. It's great fun. Shark ebikes are just built so well. Highly recommend.
