Very disappointing experience and unfortunately not what I expected from a professional aesthetic clinic.

During my initial consultation, I was recommended HIFU along with an additional treatment for pigmentation. At the consultation, I was asked to pay deposits for both the HIFU and pigmentation treatments, which I did.
When I returned for my HIFU appointment, I explained that I did not want to proceed with the pigmentation treatment at that stage, as I wanted to do some further research first and make sure it was the right treatment for me. I felt there was noticeable disappointment when I said I did not want to go ahead with it, and from that point onwards, I personally felt the overall level of service and attention was below average.
I was also surprised that when I arrived for the HIFU appointment, I was asked to pay the outstanding balance before the treatment had even been carried out.
Having had HIFU previously at another clinic, I was familiar with the treatment and had a reasonable understanding of what to expect. Unfortunately, the HIFU treatment I received here was nowhere close to my previous experience, I personally felt it represented extremely poor value for money.
What disappointed me most was the overall emphasis on booking treatments, taking deposits and securing payment. My experience left me feeling that there was more focus on the commercial side and securing additional treatments than on understanding whether I was comfortable with the recommendations or satisfied with the treatment and service I received.

I fully understand that clinics need deposits and have payment policies, but as a client I also expect to feel comfortable making an informed decision about whether a recommended treatment is right for me, without feeling pressured to proceed.
Based on my experience, I would recommend anyone considering treatment here does their own research, asks exactly what treatment and equipment will be used, understands the expected results, and carefully reviews the deposit, payment and cancellation terms before committing to multiple treatments.

I had a very good experience, the stuff it’s friendly and knowledgeable. I will be coming back for my next PRP session in few weeks.

I had a wonderful experience getting a Hydrafacial at the Shapins branch on Harrow on the Hill! The staff there was lovely, making me feel completely welcome and well-cared for from the moment I walked in.

I had such a lovely experience at Shapins Clinic Kensington at High Street trying their body sculpting treatment. The treatment was comfortable, professional and completely non-invasive, and I could already feel a difference in the way my body looked and felt afterwards. I especially loved how it helped enhance definition and create a more sculpted, toned appearance. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the team made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. Definitely a treatment I would recommend for anyone looking for a little extra body definition without downtime.

I recently visited SHAPINS Clinic in Harrow on the Hill for their full face microneedling treatment with a brightening serum infusion.
The experience was professional from start to finish and the treatment was explained clearly so I knew what to expect. The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and I really liked that it finished with a soothing serum to help calm the skin.
My skin looked fresh and radiant afterwards and I’m excited to see the longer term results as the collagen and elastin stimulation continues over the coming weeks.
Overall, a really positive experience and a great option if you’re looking to improve the appearance of your skin, particularly texture and brightness.

Huge thank you to Paris, who performed my treatment and made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. 💕 She talked me through everything, knew exactly what she was doing, and somehow managed to make HIFU feel a lot less intimidating than I’d imagined!

Now I’m just waiting patiently for the results to do their thing… because apparently good things come to those who wait (and occasionally lie very still while someone zaps your face 😂).

I had such a lovely experience at SHAPINS Clinic in Harrow! I went in for their Hollywood Teeth Whitening treatment and I’m so happy with the results.

I had a body contouring treatment at Shapins Clinic in Kensington yesterday, using cavitation, radio frequency and red light therapy. It's a completely non-invasive treatment and was totally pain-free and actually quite relaxing.
My therapist, Paris, was lovely, she explained everything really well, recommended the best treatment tor me and patiently answered all my questions. The clinic is clean and has such a nice, relaxing atmosphere.
My skin already felt smoother and my stomach looked a little more defined and firmer after just the first treatment. A course of 8 treatments is recommended to see the full results, so I'm excited to see how it progresses.
Ill definitely be back!

I turned up for my scheduled appointment today in Shapins Cambridge and there was nobody there. Very annoying especially as they sent me a reminder yesterday. Unprofessional not to cancel my appointment if no staff available.

I had an RF treatment and the aesthetician was so attentive and informed me in a detail about the procedure.

I saw immediate results after and I will be back for more sessions.
