I wrote a review earlier about this company. It's just gotten better. I placed an order for bra extenders, received one of the items and went through a bunch of emails to get results. Finally I received the two packages I ordered, only to have both of them wrong. Several emails again I got return QR codes. Took the product to USPS with the QR codes I was given. They don't work, I need labels. So tired of dealing with this company for a month. I came home and threw the product out. I ended up giving this company 25.94 for absolutely nothing.

I am still waiting on a refund, the price is that was in my cart was completely different in the end of my checkout and Canadian versus US dollars as well. I asked many questions about it and never received a direct answer. It was my first time ordering and I don't think I will order again and will encourage my friends and family not to order as they are waiting for my experience before they do. I have returns to do so I will update my review after that is dealt with!
One pro was the order came quickly! Let's hope my return goes just as quick

La pire expérience d'achat en ligne ...d'abord en $US...non spécifié même si j'étais sur Shapermint Canada...ensuite in m'a envoyé 2 soutien gorge de surplus et chargé pour. L'enfer pour obtenir un remboursement. Au delà de 60 courriels automatisés(évidemment impossible de parler à un humain). Ça s'est enfin réglé mais leur erreur m'a quand même coûté temps, argent et patience. De plus, un des 3 items que j'ai reçu est trop grand. .je n'ose pas réclamer un échange car c'est trop compliqué...
