I ordered herbs as well as mapacho cigars from Shaman Dealer in July 2020, and did not receive my order until October. I understand why some here are writing negative reviews due to a lack of communication, as I never received a response to several emails I had sent checking in on order status. BUT, they are not a scam, I did get my order in full and everything was incredibly fresh and potent. My advice is that their products are well worth the wait, so have patience, and understand we are grappling with not only delays from customs but a global pandemic. Know that if customs in your country delays or rejects your shipment, that’s not the company’s fault, and it’s your responsibility to research if customs will allow the products in your country. They’re clearly understaffed and not the best at answering emails but I love them and am so thankful I not only found them, but kept my patience. :) Well worth my wait.

Ordered Peruvian torch back in august and have yet to receive it. I did get a tracking number but it has not updated at all. Not even once. Sent two emails and no reply.

Ordered a tobacco log from them about a month ago (10/2020). Sent three emails to follow up on the shipping and tracking info and requesting refund. Never replied ONCE..

Like everyone else here, I think I got scammed and they. I’m disappointed by how they conduct their business

I been waiting for about 3 weeks for my delivery. I paid for tracking number and I have to get anything from them. The money was taken from my bank account but with two emails sent and no response from them . I feel like I was scammed out of my money .

I just got my sept 23 order delivered today. My initial review was 1, and I’m not removing the below info bc I’m not sure if anyone of us would have received our orders without these reviews. I’m glad I finally got it, but something shady was happening at this company for a while. My new review is a 3, but my original was 1.

Update - product shipped, it looks like they received my email that I found in a below review. I ordered Oct 23, and it is in the shipping process. I’ll come back and modify my review and offer my experience as my shipment progresses.

I ordered from them before covid and received my product. My second order made it to the states but never shipped to me. I assume the risk of doing business. I placed a 3rd order and these guys will not respond or even ship your product. I’ve tried to contact them several times with no answers. Not sure what happened but I highly recommend to stay away from them.

Original Oct Review: I emailed them a month after placing the order to ask if they have a tracking number and they replied telling me they don't have my product, but they could send something else. I told them I wanted a refund in 3 separate emails over the past month and have not gotten a reply to these emails.. it may be due to COVID, but this has happened with several of my friends and I'm probably going to have to call my credit card company.

Nov 12 response to Shamadealer - Hi Shamandealer, thanks for your response here, not sure what happened with my emails. After your initial response saying you couldn't ship it (which I understand, with coronavirus and everything), I replied three times (Aug 21, Sep 3, Sep 22) and no answer so I initiated a refund through my credit card company. Order number is YWASQVXYS.

Also, a few friends had similar issues and frustrations, some got credit card refunds and one finally got his mapacho about 4 months after he ordered it. All good, but I noticed I can't even leave reviews on your website or other accounts so I left something here. I get that things may have gotten a little bit challenging with COVID, if that's the case just let customers know in the future and we can work something out! Cheers and thanks!

Shamandealer.com is a SCAM! I ordered 3 items and nothing ever shipped out, nor did they offer any information to prove they attempted to ship it after I paid for tracking info too! Please do not do any business with this company unless you want to throw your money away!

I orderd at shamandealer, all was ok. now I made 2 orders, 23-07-2020 U$ 152,20 and 01.08.2020 U$ 196,00. I didn't recieve my orderd goods, I didn't recieve any answer on my mails. So I wrote, he shoul pay back, nothing happend! Sorry Mike Zellinger
