Below average
I've tried several different meal replacement/diet shakes and these weren't the best, and they weren't the worst but I wouldn't buy them again.

Great delivery, easy ordering and NHS discount. First few meals tried have been very good if weight loss follows then will purchase again. The starter pack give a great selection to try. Only reason I dropped a star was I could not find out how to correct my phone number on my account and no reply to my email.

I decided to order the starter pack and a few other items enough for a two week kick start. No problems with delivery all as ordered. Only been using the products for 3 days, the porridge is good and filling, not overly keen on the shakes but the main meals are tasty but benefit from a few added veg. I think I shall order more of the things I like as I have a few stone to lose and I find it easier not having to work out the calories myself.
