Customer service was great. Answered late hours and tried their best to help me arrange things last minute. They were kind and patient and even went out of their way to send me well wishes on the day. Cant recommend them enough.

Shaadisouk has been helpful from start to finish. The team were very polite and attentive during the entire process. They were extremely conscientious about booking consultations with potential vendors and also following up on how these went. I was struggling to find a Make Up Artist and Photographer. I saw a Shaadisouk AD on TikTok and thought I’d just have a look but was pleasantly surprised with the variety the platform offered. Within a week or so, I managed to secure both my photographer and make up artist both within my budget so I’m really happy about that. Not only was the customer service great, the reservation and payment process was really simple to follow. Overall, a very positive experience and would definitely recommend to anyone wedding planning!

Used the platform to book photographers for a family wedding, and the experience was very smooth and seamless. The information I needed was easy to find, and I was able to see the work of all the photographers on the site before I chose which one I wanted to go with.
