Paid $38.12 for shirts that I wouldn't pay $5 for. Ordered size XL and they sent 3XL that wouldn't fit a 10 year old.

I ordered a man's jacket on 12/14/22 and paid $30.00 extra to receive the jacket in 3-5 working days. Today is 12/28/22 and I have not received the jacket and have not heard from you. Where is the jacket

I read the bad reviews and was worried about my order. It arrived on time, was the right size and looked exactly the same as the photos.

Ordered an a 'large' shirt. Timely delivery, but shirt was labelled 'xxl'. Despite this, it was way too small for me. Infact, have given it to my twelve year old. The shirt itself was nothing like the image - different colour and material. Very poorly made. Im in the UK, and the returns policy is either 100% if sent back, or 50%, and I can keep the item. As the return is to China, that means I have to take option b. Returns policy is efficient and polite, and I do get to keep the shirt, but it is not really worth anything - certainly not 50% of the price I originally paid for it. Buyer beware - dont trust product images, or sizing, and the returns policy will see you out of pocket.

I have been disappointed by this company and their UK customer service and returns process over a 6 month period, regarding a return item bought in February 2022. They sent me with an address in China to return my jacket (which was thin poor quality material for the price and way too small in size despite ordering 'large'). This was expensive to return. I was offered only 40% of the £45 cost of the jacket - £18, or they said I could keep the item and try to sell it. Six months later (August 2022) I received my package back again after originally requesting a full refund. Communication has been poor or lacking altogether so difficult to know what to think. I would recommend careful thought before purchasing from this company in case you should need to return any items, which involves paying postage to China (costly).
