My name is Francesca, Due to the current situation in the Middle East, Emirates cancelled my flight to Seychelles and I had to cancel my holiday (together with my family).

I had a fantastic experience with this company. Their customer service is truly exceptional—communication was incredibly fast and professional throughout. What impressed me the most was their kindness and flexibility: they allowed me to cancel my booking totally for free without any fees, even though they weren't legally or contractually obligated to do so. The reason for cancelation is sad though, we had to cancel due to the middle east crisis, but as said, they could have charged a fee and decided not to. It is rare to find such a customer-oriented travel agency these days. I highly recommend them and will definitely book with them again!

I have used Seychelles booking already twice. Very efficient online booking system. I find very convenient that one can book transfers too. They are super reactive to the email and super helpful. I had to add a service and then cancel all my trip and that was done in minutes!

Vi skulle åkt till Seychellerna idag. Men som läget är just nu så blev vår resa inställd. Vi hade köpt färjebiljetter och transport via den här sidan. Som var väldigt enkel att beställa ifrån. Det kändes tråkigt att förlora 388euro, egentligen var avbokningen för sent att göra. Men mailade dem i alla fall, för att se om det gick att göra något. Dem svarade väldigt snabbt, att dem skulle undersöka saken. Efter några timmar får vi svar att vi får våra pengar tillbaka. Service på högsta nivå.

Although we are stuck in Dubaï due to the present crisis , Cat Cocos have done all in their power to exchange and to keep our tickets open.
We don't know when we will be able to enjoy the experience of a crossing on one of the boats but I just warmly want to Thank the company for their kindness and efficiency.

I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I received from Seychellesbookings. Due to a Qatar Airways flight cancellation and safety concerns, I had to cancel my entire ferry booking (Mahe–La Digue and La Digue–Mahe) at very short notice.

Despite the Mahe–La Digue ticket (March 3rd) being 100% non-refundable according to Cat Cocos policy due to the cancellation timeline, the company immediately took proactive steps. Basile from the team not only responded quickly but also sent an urgent request for a special exception.

Ultimately, thanks to their professionalism and commitment (including from Pebri), they managed to secure a full refund for the entire booking (a total of €312.00)! They also promptly canceled the second leg and the transfers. This is an example of service that goes above and beyond standard procedures and puts the customer first.
