as with all the reviews i haven't received my item was overcharged from my credit card but informed the credit card company to put a hold on further payment. will make a claim through my credit card company as the item is now too late for my use. the implication was that it would be with me in 1-3 days which Amazone managed in 1 day. i think this is a scam as suggested by others. Servog managed to take a further £25.81 by changing their name slightly so have blocked my card myself.
Ripped off big time
Do not buy anything from these rip off merchants. You may think you'll get a good deal but you'll be lucky if you receive anything at all . I've been waiting month's for a monocular I ordered but I've not received anything or had any notification of my order what so ever they have also taken money from my bank account without authorisation from me that had nothing to do with my initial order . I've emailed them in the UK and US but had no response. They tucked me up big time. So be warned. Order at your own risk. How they are allowed to operate is beyond me . Sevog is a bag of s@#t

Fraudsters - DO NOT ORDER
This is a warning to anybody reading, DO NOT order from this website. I was suspicious about this “business” from the moment I ordered and my gut instinct was correct. I never received any kind of order acknowledgment or confirmation email, if it wasn’t for a screenshot I took I wouldn’t have even known my order number. Days went by and nothing. I contacted their customer service, nothing. I contacted them again and they said there was a “delay” so I needed to wait. I waited and nothing. I contacted them again and again I was told I needed to wait. I checked these reviews again and saw many people had more money taken out of their bank accounts. I decided to check mine and saw that a further £25 was taken out. Immediately called my bank and they said I had been signed up to a sort of subscription service where they would continue to keep taking money out. I noticed their customer service chat is now called “furniture houz”. Already moving onto their next scamming venture? If you made the mistake of ordering please contact your bank.

Update: an item came. The wrong one. A cheaper version that was badly made and badly adorned in crappy pictures all over it. And they went let me return it because they say they need to find a new warehouse to return the item to. They're stalling and not refunding me. They even said they'd only refund me 20% at one point. I've gotten my bank involved but it's a long process. Avoid!!!!
I've been waiting nearly a month for my partners present. The same person from customer service is getting back to me now and then (probably an auto bot on the chat and email). He says thanks for supporting his small business and theres been loads of orders so it's taking a bit longer. It's definitely not a small business. A month is more than a bit. I asked for a refund and keep getting told things like he'll have to ask the warehouse or whatnot, but there's no refund so far and mixed messages on what's happening. I have got my bank, Monzo, to look into it as a fraud case, having read up about Sevog reviews. They're also under a different name on my bank statement, Zelioscorp and another name to they on the live chat, Furniturehouz. May take until April to resolve they said *facepalm*.

Same experience as everyone else. I order a heated blanket last week for £70.99. Didn't receive a confirmation. They look more than the price of the blanket from my account. I tried contacting them via their contact email and got no response. I called their UK office and the number was not recognised which really rang alarm bells. I then noticed they'd taken an extra 25 quid from my bank account!! Thankfully my bank was brilliant and will reimburse me. I would give zero stars if that was an option!

As many others have said, this company is fraudulent.
My experience seems fairly typical - I placed on order on their website but received no acknowledgement. I was then overcharged because the transaction was made in a foreign currency (US dollar) before being recharged the total sum again, with the payment being recurring until I reported it to my bank and had my card cancelled.
Wonderful timing just before Christmas and what a joy to live in a world where buying my 3-year old niece a stuffed toy has led to being defrauded by a criminal outfit!
I hope you're lucky enough to be reading this before you place an order with sevog.com, not after. I only wish I'd checked them out on Trustpilot first. Lesson learned.

Took nearly double the amount I authorised. Now that I have read the reviews, I'm not holding my breath for delivery.
Edit: To be fair, the item did arrive! However, the issue of the overcharging remains outstanding.

No goods delivered. Slightly more money than authorised taken from my account but I put this down to experience. THEN unauthorised money taken from my account! Not just a scam; total crooks. At least they didn't break a window to get at my money.

It's a scam, I've had to go through my bank. They have continued to take money out of my bank, so I've had to get a new card. Never received my product either.

Do not deal with this company. I ordered goods from their website. I did not receive either an order acknowledgement nor a receipt. I did not receive any goods. Then I discovered that they had taken a further payment from my bank account. The bank told me that it was a recurring transaction. I certainly did not authorise this and have had to go to the trouble to try and get the money back and get my card cancelled

Do not do business with, did not receive confirmation letter with order number after ordering and paying for goods which they said would be dispatched within 3 days.
After not receiving the goods in the time frame they promised I have sent them numerous emails asking where my goods are, I have only received automated replies and there is also no telephone contact number for anyone to speak to them. Like numerous others I have been scammed.

Complete scam
Made my order and no confirmation email so tried to contact and just kept getting an automated response with a ticket number. Emailed 6 times and tried the contact number before looking on here to see I'm just one of many that have been scammed. Just wondering if anyone has managed to get their money back via contacting the bank ?
So upset as saved for 2 months to purchase the gift for my son for xmas now if I dont get the money back I wont be able to replace the gift.
