Lovely bag and wonderful customer service

Had an issue with damage to an order. Customer services were back in touch within a day and sorted me out with a replacement product.

Was really hopeful for this back pack when I ordered it. It looked durable with loads of pockets. Unfortunately, you can only half fill about two of them, or you can fit anything inside the main compartment. The drink holders are too small for most bottles and the straps are barely long enough. There is little to no protection for your back, it's incredibly uncomfortable to wear. And, in terms of durability, i've got socks, I've had longer with less holes in.

I love my Wimbledon Berry backpack - beautiful colour, lots of handy pockets, waterproof and handles the hefty weight of my work things, gym kit and some lunch bits. My first backpack was faulty as the ladder slider on one shoulder strap snapped upon readjustment, but customer service was faultless (shout out to Alex!) - super fast responses and a replacement was sent out promptly which has been perfect so far even with multiple work trips and adjustments to fit my shoulders. Very happy :)
