I have to say I am extremely pleased with the great customer service I’ve received! I have lost 35 pounds while using their semaglutide product. I then decided to switch to tirzepatide, and am continuing to lose the weight! I haven’t felt this good in a long time!
Over 2 months in no results! Poor customer service, won’t send invoice with orders , be aware!! Canceling and switching companies, lost 40 with previous company that was very responsive to request that is not the case with seven cells! Unhappy customer!!

My first shot was 22April 24. Have had no problems with Seven Cells. I’m a male that started at 239lbs and as of last week I was down 187 lbs. My original goal was 184 but it has been so easy I’m going to shoot for 170.
I lost 20 pounds in a few months and am extremely happy with this product
horrible customer service. I was charged for my last order but never received it. I called 6 times before I finally spoke with someone in the Philippines. They had no record of my last 3 shipments. I'm on the hook for $322.00 and trying to fight it with my credit card co. DO Not use them.
Service with Seven Cells started out great. Communication was good, received medication promptly, they were available for questions. After first 90 days. Company is impossible to get ahold of. My medication did not arrive, no communication from Seven Cells of any pending issues. I submitted my labs long before 90 day period. I was so hopeful with this company. They seemed small enough to care for the people they provide service to. Wish they were better and cared enough to communicate with their customers. Sadly my review to customers seeking reviews before joining, seek other companies and this one has not proven to be a good one.
Seven cells has been quite an amazing journey for me in just the first month. I was pretty skeptical at first to try this medication everyone is talking about but decided to try it out and I can honestly say this has been by far the best decision I’ve made. I’ve been on Semaglutide for the last 4 weeks and I have lost 16 pounds just on the lowest dose. Seven Cells has been immaculate with their dosing and care! I promise you won’t regret it.

The past three months with this company have been fine. However like another respondent, my shipment is late. My credit card was charged a week ago. My emails, calls, chats and FB comments have not been responded to. I am beginning to think this company is perhaps out of business. Next calls will be to the Florida licensing board.
It’s been five weeks since my last refill of tirzepatide. It is now a week late. They are not responding to emails and not answering their phone or returning voice their voicemails. I feel that if they can’t provide the medicine they should let us know. I will proceed to the different review websites and post this same information.
Have not received my product. I have left multiple messages, I try calling several times a day with no answer. I have emailed 4 or 5 times with no reply. I received notification that it was shipped on 7/18. It is 7/30 and nothing, no update to tracking.

I have been using your tirzepatide for the past 3 months and have had no issue with my previous shipments, other than the cold paks have been warm upon arrival.
My last dose was administered almost a week ago and my new shipment has yet to arrive!
My next dose is due on Thurs, August 1st and I certainly don't want to miss it!
I emailed over the weekend and called your customer service number and left a message, but have yet to receive a response regarding this time-sensative matter.
Then you email me to review your company!
I don't have the most positive attitude about it right now... please help to change that and send my meds right away!!!

I received my meds on time for my scheduled dose this week, as well as a call from a friendly agent at Seven Cells to ensure that I did. She explained their company had been affected by the recent Microsoft issue, which resulted in the 90 day follow up questionnaires not being emailed to 1/3 of their patients, resulting in medication delays. She assured me the questionnaires would be forthcoming so future shipments would be back on track and I greatly appreciated the explanation and personal follow-up call!

I have been a customer for several months, and while I'm happy with the product I have received, I have had a problem every month with shipping. For reasons I cannot understand, an incorrect address has been used for each of my shipments. Each time it happens I call and e-mail, and then am told that it will be corrected and will not happen again. It has, however, continued to happen. It is also time consuming to reach anyone in customer service.
My ice was melted & the medicine was warm. Don't know if that affected the potency but, I haven't lost a single pound.
You guys cannot ship medicine. This is the second delivery. All ice melted. Box is hot. It’s 116 degrees in the southwest. You must ship better
