Filled out the form for a repair, Emma rang me basically as soon as it was sent to say they would get a contractor to me ASAP. Contractor arrived 20 minutes later and repair finished in 20 minutes after that. Fantastic service!

morning,I am in the process of buying an apartment at st martins place birmingham it has been on going for about 2+ years at every junction it has been extremley smooth process lots of updates pictures emails phone calls etc .
were getting close to completion now and I have had a lot of dealings with a Natalie Howlings she would say to many LOL but every phone call email etc she has replied quickly and very professionally at this point I cannot speak highly enough of seven capital as a company I will be looking to invest more in the future .

Over priced. Every property I have bought with them has left me in negative equity and can’t sell them even after 4 years. Be sharp in your numbers and compare the market.

Customer service is good.

I recently worked with Katie Goad on the interiors and lettings side of my property purchase. I found Katie to be very helpful and attentive. She adopted a personal and very friendly approach to the process and did not put me under any pressure to purchase or follow her recommendations. She used her personal knowledge and experience of lettings as well as her knowledge of the area to advise and inform me as to the best furnishing options for the apartment and was very happy to provide a range of estate agents for me to approach with regards to managing the rental side of things. She was reassuring and put my mind at rest during what has been a challenging period.

A little slow in responding to the initial email raising the issue about a broken switch but once Emma Loth got in touch, the service was swift and professional and the fixing job was done well. Emma also followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the service.

I had a leaking mixer tap in my kitchen and Seven Capital sent out Mr Kevin Cleary to fix it. He did an absolute perfect job and even gave us a better mixer tap than was previous installed. Very friendly and capable contractor, would definitely hire him again!
