Honestly super impressed with the product. Looks awesome with my gear. The first I ordered didn’t fit but they respond quick with exchange when you ask for it. It gets you too about the same time which is not a big deal. Amazing customer service.

Seamless Exchange
I ordered a pair of ski pants for my boyfriend for valentine's day. They were a tad smaller than expected. The whole exchange process was a breeze. The communication was spot on, really responsive and respectful. Great experience all around!

Early Days
Early days but working to get it right. After multiple attempts to reach them regarding a return I was finally successful. The team at Seshsnow was apologetic and went out of their way to address the situation quickly. Within hours of making contact I had what I needed and the situation was properly resolved.
