Please don’t gift this card to someone unless you hate them! This is the worst!!!!

I purchased a service with an online advertisement firm that charged my Serve card, then said they could not find the payment. Therefore, I got no service. I opened a dispute with Serve, explained they had charged my card, and then said they could not see a payment. A few days later, Serve tells me they need a copy of the refund notice from the company in order to proceed with the investigation. A bunch of idiots. How would there be a refund notice from a company that says they never got a payment in the first place! Serve offers NO buyer protection at all. They are a bunch of lazy, incompetent people who don't do their job.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is nothing but crooks. Keep your money and buy a card with someone else.

Will put a hold on every dollar you spend then keep it pending and you will never see that money again. There are no live operators to talk to only AI. Class action lawsuit needs to be filed agaist them and Jackson Hewitt

Stupidest card I've ever purchased, can't pay bills online or over the phone. I will never get this card again.

Worst card in the world , don't try to get your money back. Can't cancel after you use it till the money is posted either. Junk company!!! Wish they had zero stars

Omg the worst card to get, Jackson Hewitt I will not file with them again as long as they used them, take my advice don’t use this card for your refund, customer service don’t help because they don’t know what their doing either

Buying this card is completely %100 a waste of time, money, energy!! Customer service is a joke, all they do is repeat themselves with non relevant information and they refuse to help what so ever. I'm having a family emergency, bought the card to purchase data for my phone so I could access the Internet to find my family member in a hospital and serve told me they can't help me. I'm beyond frustrated with serve. Will never ever purchase another card d from them not ever nor will I recommend them to Amy of my colleagues friends or family!!!!!

Do not work with Jackson Hewitt and get a prepaid card through Serve for your taxes. Serve will continue to harass you through email about your account being active after having a zero balance. I called to close the account completely last year to stop these mailers, the agent said they’d lock the account and then close it within a month. What do you know, past that time frame I’m sent more emails and when I called them today they said they can’t close the account with it being locked and won’t unlock to close it without sending documents that I have to fill out? They also stated they wouldn’t remove me from their email list after I requested. This process has been painfully complicated for them for something so simple.

Bought a card and made an account just for the card not to work. Stole 50$ from me. Don't trust this "banking service." All they do is STEAL STEAL STEAL

Serve.com has closed my prepaid account after 10+ years without any possibility of recourse. The company has collected its fee every month and has kept the balance of my card when closing my account.

Be aware that you will have NO help from State or Federal agencies to recover your money.

This prepaid card service was a scam and has stolen my money. Beware.

UPDATE: after months of waiting, serve acknowledged its mistake in print and re-enabled my account. It gets it a +1 star.
