I ordered a month ago abd STILL haven’t…

I ordered a month ago abd STILL haven’t received my order. Customer service said they can’t give me a refund until I receive the product! Have emailed numerous times asking where it is and get no response. I researched this company and it said they were in Los Angeles California, but apparently they ship from China! So who knows if and when I’ll ever get my order. Definitely would not recommend! Just buy it off Amazon.

Just order from amazon it's cheaper

I was going to order this product from amazon with next day delivery but paid more from the actual company to wait 2 weeks for it to be shipped from China!! The product is good but on their website it said buy one get one free but cost me £30 direct when amazon cost was £16 . Be careful of their offers I won't be buying from them again

Missing order and being ignored

Terrible customer service for my missing order. The tracking link they provided kept saying there was an error and when in contact with strawberry they couldn’t tell me what the error was or how to fix it and was told to just wait. A month on still no product and now they are ignoring me completely when asking for a refund. Terrible customer service. Would definitely not recommend

Carrying my insulin pens used to be a…

Carrying my insulin pens used to be a small hassle: pens rolling around, needles loose, sometimes I’d spend time digging in my bag. The DailyEase case changed that. Everything fits nice and tidy. Even better when I reached out to Michael to check on my order, he responded quickly and walked me through the tracking process. He followed up to make sure I got the package. That kind of service really matters when you rely on your medication daily.

This case has proven reliable  sturdy…

This case has proven reliable  sturdy enough for everyday wear and tear, but light enough for daily carry. I’ve taken it out a few times, and so far, it’s handled everything well. The service was also top-notch: Michael was courteous, answered all my messages clearly, and even followed up after delivery just to check if I was satisfied. It’s nice to feel valued as a customer.

Worth the price

I ordered a month ago for daily cool. A cute fridge that helps me so much in my daily routine. Even I’m traveling the problem I had is the cable is too short that’s why I bought a long cord and it’s all perfect! Please make more product for diabetics and continue to help us. Great Customer Service!!!

There was a minor issue with the product. But it was still functional. Michael, in customer service, was amazing and gave us the best solution. I will be ordering from this company again.

ideal products

I ordered 3 insulin cases, when I did not receive my order in a reasonable amount of time. I contacted the company, and a wonderful person by the name of Sione got back to me. she explained the shipping issues that they had, but they have changed shippers, and I should be receiving my order very soon.
just a very short time later I received my order.
Sione was extremely helpful, every time I reached out to the company, she answered me right back and everything she told me turned out to be true. such a super company to work with. They took care of me and made sure I was happy and my issues were handled.
The insulin cases are absolutely amazing. they keep everything you need at your fingertips. you won't lose your cap to your insulin pen, and your needles are right there handy. such a wonderful product.
thank you so much Strawberry & Co. for such terrific products for diabetics. I am for sure, a customer for life. and Sione you are the image of how customer service, or customer technicians should treat customers. The case was great

I just have to say how impressed I am with my DailyEase Case from Strawberry & Co. As someone who lives with diabetes and needs to take insulin daily, this case has truly made my life easier and more organized.

Before finding this product, I constantly struggled with keeping my insulin pens safe, especially when I was traveling or out running errands. I used to worry about temperature changes, or accidentally damaging my pens when they were just thrown in my bag. But ever since I started using the DailyEase Case, those worries are gone!

The case feels sturdy, premium, and thoughtfully designed. I love how compact it is — it easily fits inside my purse or travel bag without taking up much space. The compartments are secure, and everything has its place. It’s clear that this product was made with people like me in mind — those who want both functionality and peace of mind when carrying their medication.

DailyEase Case - not for me!

Sorry Strawberry and Co but your device doesn’t work well for me. Firstly the compartment that holds the pen is a very tight fit and I need to tug really hard to open it. This action causes a loud popping sound when the vacuum is released - not very discreet when you’re in a public place. Secondly there’s nowhere to store spare insulin cartridges, glucometer, finger pricker or test strips. I know that’s a lot but when ever I travel away from home for more than a day that’s what I need to take with me. A zippered case with a place for everything would be great 😊

I like that it's compact andStrawberry container

I like that it's compact and good to take out for a long day out or for dinner however, I still need to bring a container to put my used needles and bag to bring my alcohol swabs. Too bad it can't hold more things. I take at least 3- shots a day plus my lantus first thing in the morning and when I travel I bring additional needles so the container is not as good for travel only for meals per day, which I would have to refill before going out.

I have purchased several of these like items thru other companies none had included the needle head compartment included. These are perfect when I travel. I just love these. I find the quality is there if you are careful.

A MUST BUY!!!!

After buying other insulin traveling cases this one is by far the best one yet. I also share every benefit that I have had with other diabetics. As this case from Starwberry &Co. has been easy, simple and the part that it holds the pin needles as well is a plus. It does keep the insulin at room temperature as it suppose to. The other traveling cases has been not simple at all. I use this case everyday whether it's going to work, just everyday or even weekend getaway and even vacation. Managing made easier

I chose this case to get organized with my diabetes and administering my insulin. This is great for daily commute, just having pen and needles together. Love that you can pack multiple needles. No more having supplies in different places. This will make managing so easier for me. I saw this case and knew this is what I needed.

I love my case

I love my case it provides easy access to my insulin and pin needles are in a different storage compartment. It keeps at a good temperature for the insulin it also has different colors I have three different types of insulin and I know by color which one is which coand it’s easier to carry on the go . You don’t have to have an ice pack to carry your insulin and pin needles where you go. So I really like them and recommend them for your insulin needs. I’m so happy that I purchased them and the sale of them was wonderful I only had to purchase two and got two free . Thank you The strawberry &
