I ordered and then asked to return within the guideline of time and they just ignored me and never answered again.
I ordered this device on Dec 5, 2024...I did send several emails with regards to shipment. I did receive replies with explanation of restock8ng issues. On Feb 10, 2025, I finally received it.

Unfortunately, I didnt see these reviews before paying for their "Neux Radiance Handset." They are a complete scam. Like others, I got not response from customer service for status updates on shipping through Shop or direct email to them. No response to requesting a refund. Save your money. They have really good fake advertising with fake reviews of their product.
According to Google search, this fake company is based out of Afghanistan.

SCAM COMPANY "SERENITY BEAUTY LABS CHINA"…
Total scam as many things are on Instagram these days. Its not even a 1 star rating. They took my money on Amex who have been notified about this company.
I thought this company was American but of course its front for a CHINESE SCAM. Instagram should be doing due diligence on all these companies that advertise on their platform before they allow them to dupe so many of us.

Complete scam!
Terrible. This is a complete fake company that will steal your money. They took my credit card info and started trying to use it at various different online stores - had to cancel the card. They have disappeared with my money and do not respond to any contact about cancelling the 'order' or anything. Do NOT buy anything from their websites. They have been reported to their domain provider, Shopify and more.

Will spam you with email and texts…FRAUD - BEWARE - SCAM!
Will spam you with email and texts offering coupons and discounts, then as soon as you order and they take your money, they will disappear. They will not respond to any communications of any kind. No order updates, no shipping updates, no request to cancel the order. Nothing - but what they WILL do is try to log into your Shop account! I know this because I have only used Shop once, for this transaction, and as soon as I started sending emails about doing a chargeback, someone started trying to log into my account. FRAUD - BEWARE - SCAM!
