Decent products poor customer service
Decent products, good price. They did post that the items had been dispatched 5 days before DPD got them and no response to comms. They just need to sort out the customer service issues.

As it turns out, being a non-standard size, you can't buy them anywhere. Avoid this company, they are completely unhelpful. Also, the unit was advertised to have a app, the app doesn't work on my Samsung phone and the unit doesn't even have wifi.
BRILLIANT
I ordered my AC unit on 04/07/26. After getting an email saying it was dispatched, the tracking didn't seem to shift from we are expecting your parcel from DPD. I became concerned especially after reading the other reviews on here, and was starting to think I had been scammed. I held out though, as I really needed this AC unit and knew I couldn't purchase one elsewhere anyway. On Friday I had an email from customer services apologising for the delay. They had been overwhelmed by orders and email queries. Do I believe them, YES. We are in the middle of a heatwave, and AC stock is exhausted elsewhere. It also said if I hadn't received an email saying my order had been cancelled, I should receive in the next few days. On Saturday, tracking had updated and DPD now had my parcel, and delivery was expected Monday. Then not long after, I received a message saying it was out for delivery on this same day.
The AC unit itself arrived in perfect in tact packaging and is absolutely fantastic. The price was already amazing before the sale discount, which makes it a terrific buy.
All in all, the website did say delivery takes 3-8 days. I received my AC in 7 days so well within the wait time. The reviews on here made me lose my confidence, and start to doubt the company. Customer service did take a while to reach out, but again, I believe they were overwhelmed with most of the UK wanting their AC's.
Overall, would I use this company again... ABSOLUTELY.

ordered from the uk site 4th july thought it wouldn’t arrive after previous reviews but arrived 10th july. 4 stars due to their customer service, cant see to talk to anyone by email/chat or phone which isn’t great but i would probably purchase another one as the units work really well and they are a great price

Ordered 4th July and received yesterday 10th July. Works perfectly & absolutely amazing! I am so so impressed. I genuinely thought it wasn’t going to turn up after reading everyone else’s comments.
The only reason I give 4 & not 5 stars is because their customer service isn’t great and it feels like there is no way to contact them. Their live chat doesn’t respond even if you leave an email. Their phone line goes straight to answer machine & they don’t reply to emails (at least not any I sent) but I got my AC so I am a very very happy customer in this heat & £170 for 9000 BTU!? What a bargain
Portable AC from UK site
This is a review of the uk site serenelife.uk I ordered a portable air conditioner from them but feared it would never come judging from previous reviews. I got a dpd email saying my a delivery label was created a day after ordering. I imagine like the rest of the UK they had massive stock issues but the unit did eventually arrive approximately 2 weeks after ordering.
I couldn’t be happier with the unit itself as it’s handily coped with the heatwave. I haven’t had to communicate with them but I think if they improved their communication with customers e.g. explaining stock issues, giving (even vague) delivery expectations and answered emails and phone calls they wouldn’t have so much negativity.

Not a scam, during heatwave they didn’t inflate their prices. Got a 10000 btu for only £170. Working fine so far.

Ordered a 9,000 BTU model on Saturday. I immediately got the DPD tracking everyone is complaining about "we're waiting to receive your parcel". Looked a bit fishy, it didn't update for 3 days, and I read the poor reviews on here. I wasn't worried though, I got it on Klarna pay-in-3. Figured I was covered by Klarna, so I thought I would wait to see what happens.
Then DPD did updat the tracking, and I received it on the Friday 6 days after ordering.
Haven't turned it on yet, waiting 24 hours for the refrigerant gases to settle (I'm also wondering if that's why some people are complaining their units aren't working....). Looks brand new and undamaged, in all the original packaging.
The manufacturer sent me a 10,000 BTU model, when I only ordered the 9,000 (wondering if I received someone else's A/C that they cancelled due thinking it's a scam and not waiting!!). So all in all, very happy. Just hope it works when I finally turn it on...!
Serene life UK - Got the Air Conditioning unit today…
Got the Air Conditioning unit today from DPD, ordered last Saturday and got it today Friday, I think the main reason people are concerned is the give you DPD tracking straightaway and there’s no movement until the day before it turns up, I was worried as auto replies don’t give any confidence.
Air con unit arrived no problem
I ordered on the 4th July and my air con unit was supposed to arrive on the 9th July but didnt. I googled the company so thought I had been scammed. But the air con arrived today with no issues so at the moment cannot fault this company. As some has mentioned I think they have had a massive influx and just couldn't cope with all the enquires and its hot so people are short tempered at the moment anyway.

DON’T SWEAT. DON’T PANIC.
I was worried after ordering because I read a lot of negative reviews, but my experience has matched what others have said. You get a DPD tracking number almost immediately, showing Saglobalxpauk, but the tracking doesn’t update until DPD actually receives the parcel. That can take 7–10 days, so it feels like nothing is happening. Customer service is quite slow to respond, probably because they’re dealing with a high volume of orders. If you’re patient, the price is excellent and hard to beat. Just don’t expect frequent tracking updates.

I was worried - but never fear
Like many others I was worried that I’d been conned out of money during this heatwave. Ordered an ac unit on 27th June. It arrived today and is working fine as advertised. Clearly the company were not prepared for the influx of orders and communications is poor. As of today (9th July) the company has sent out an email to customers and an automatic reply is now set up.
For those still waiting, you haven’t been scammed. I originally changed my mind on which AC unit I wanted and did receive a refund pretty quickly for the cancelled unit. Fingers crossed for everyone else.

Useless Company
Ordered an air conditioner on 26th June, waited till 9th July only for me to receive a cancellation email saying they cannot deliver my product. No customer service, no email correspondence to update me on the order prior to cancellation and i had to chase with no reply.
Absolute joke of a company; if you cannot fulfill orders, why even show it as in stock online?
No aircon machine or no refund .
I ordered a aircon machine for £500 in first heatwave when everyone else was sold out they took my money and I didn’t hear from them again . I was surprised they had stock but 14 days I still had not heard anything I contacted them and asked for a refund . They said bear with us we don’t know when the machines are coming back in stock but when they do we will send one . It’s a month now and still no machine or refund . I wish I had read previous reviews before I ordered from them .
Good products customer service lacking
Their customer service is clearly overwhelmed but the air con unit arrived via DPD and is working good. They just seem to be lacking in customer updates or responding emails. Real company though and goods arrived.

hasn’t turned up and the contact number is a mobile one .Also the automated help section doesn’t do anything .
