I’m speechless at how organised, punctual and amazing serene cosmetics are!! From start to finish including post op , Megan has been a gem in coordinating, supporting and making the process easy and less daunting. Rhinoplasty with Dr Sinan has been the best I could have asked for, he truly is a miracle surgeon! All the members in the team Megan, Esra, Yagmur reply so quickly all the time and never leave you confused. I have had the best experience here and will never fail to recommend this place to everyone when booking to fly abroad for procedures. Not a single regret!! <3 thank you to the brilliant team x

For the longest time I wanted a breast reduction but, the cost was too much for me ever to afford in the UK and the idea of going over to Turkey always frightened me as I feel as so it’s such a big taboo subject however, after a friend recommended Serene to me I decided to go ahead to some research and get booked in and now after being two weeks postop I can happily say it was the best decision I ever made! I’ll be completely honest, there was a bit of miscommunication with the transfers when we arrived however was sorted very quickly and from then the service that we had was amazing! My coordinator is Megan and Martha were always so polite and informing the whole way through! Of course when we went out there was the war in Iran going on which of course put us in an uneasy situation however we were kept updated the whole time on the situation and to be honest I felt very safe! Dr Omar did an incredible job, I’ve gone from a very uncomfortable 34H to an amazing 32D (I think) and I am just completely shocked with how well I’ve recovered, how neat all of the incisions are and for me how pain-free it was! The nurses in the hospital were also so lovely, of course there was some challenges with the language barrier but I think if you’re going abroad for surgery then that’s something you need to be prepared for and just to make sure you’ve got a translator on your phone as that helps so much! The level of care I received was the best I’ve ever received, not to knock the NHS but, even private care through the NHS isn’t is caring as it was out here! I’ll truly forever be grateful! I can see that have been some bad reviews from last year when they were partnered up with comfort zone now, obviously I can’t speak on experience from that however, I can happily say that the Cygnus Clinic that they now are with are amazing!!

I am 4 weeks post a breast reduction and lift procedure. I cannot fault Serene or Cygnus Clinic they were professional at all times and showed genuine care. Services and facilities were suitable for purpose. I would not hesitate to recommend Serene or Lois, they make travelling abroad for surgery a lot less stressful. I am also very pleased with the outcome of my surgery.

From start to finish Serene have been amazing! Absolutely 5* service & support, Megan, Elizabeth and the team made the whole process simple. The accommodation and transfers were 5*. Going to turkey on my own seemed quite daunting but I couldn’t have felt more supported! Would absolutely recommend 🙂

I had a great experience with Serene, they were so helpful and happy to answer any questions I had big or small. I would say that anyone considering having an operation abroad that it can be daunting but the surgeons serene work with are brilliant and know their stuff. I went to Serene back in 2024, I didn’t have the best experience after with my surgery but Megan worked closely with me for the 2 years and worked hard to get me the correct revision surgery, and after this one that I’ve just had in Feb 2026 I cannot complain, everything so far has been so good, and I’ve been looked after so well that it actually beat any expectations and I’m over all very happy, I am now 2 weeks post op and I cannot wait to see final results. This was my third surgery with Serene Cosmetics since 2024, and once again I have been extremely happy with the entire experience, including my surgical results.

From start to finish, everything is exceptionally well organised and professional. The coordination is very good, communication is clear, and you always know exactly what to expect at each stage. The medical team and hospital facilities in Turkey are of a very high standard, and the aftercare has consistently been thorough and reassuring.

A special mention to Lois, the CEO, who has been my main point of contact throughout each journey. Her support is invaluable. She is always available when you need her, especially during the moments where reassurance really matters. She offers honest and realistic guidance about surgery expectations, healing timelines, and how best to care for yourself to achieve optimal results. That realism is so important. There is no exaggeration, just clear and responsible advice.

What really sets Serene apart is how personal the service feels. The team are patient, responsive, and genuinely go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive in Istanbul. You feel supported throughout the entire process.

I am now 10 days post op from a mummy makeover. This would never of happened if it wasn’t for the help of Serene Cosmetics. They took care of everything from hotel, breakfast and transfers. Lois and Megan were amazing!! Always stayed in contact and helped answer any questions I had. I even got a little visit from the in the Hospital and this made my day! The transfer from the airport was abit dirty but once we told Megan- they wasted no time in sorting this and the transfers were absolutely fine for the rest of the week. Hotel was gorgeous and they couldn’t help enough, plenty of pillows and daily room clean. Food was lush too! There are so many horror stories about CS abroad but mine isn’t one of them and I am definitely going to continue to use Serene in the future and recommend them to everyone❤️. Thank you Megan and Lois for making the whole experience run smoothly and staying in touch with me (even now).

Had a rhinoplasty, breast implants and buccal fat removal. Serene have been great from the start. My coordinator Megan has been super helpful and on hand to answer any questions I’ve had. The whole process went really smoothly and the hotel was lovely. I would definitely recommend!

I received the best care and advice from Megan from day one. Nothing was ever too much of ask. She was always responsive and put my mind at ease. Currently 5 days post op from rhinoplasty and breast aug and it’s all went smoothly. So far very happy with the results. The Serene team were in Instanbul at the time and even popped in to my hospital room to say hello which really demonstrates how much they care about their clients. Very happy with Serene and would definitely recommend.

Megan has been amazing from the start until now 4 days post op, been so patient with me while booking and checking in to see how everything’s going. I’m about 11 post op now and I did rhinoplasty with lipo360 and I am beyond happy with my results. The staff were super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend serene cosmetics, thanks so much x

I contacted serene many times and followed them on social media platforms for years before deciding to go ahead with my procedure.
Megan from serene has been amazing from start to finish. I flew out on the 15th January for my operation on the 16th January. Myself and my husband were collected from the airport and taken to the lovely hotel, had some tea and had an early night due to my early pick up of 6am to be taken to the hospital. There I met with Yagmur (Cygnus coordinator) my surgeon Dr Omar Farouk and his assistant we discussed my wants and needs, I had pictures to show of the outcome I was hoping for, everything was really through. The hospital was very clean and welcoming. Before long I was taken into surgery. When I woke up after a 6 hour surgery (breast uplift with implants, 360 Lipo and tummy tuck) I felt safe and calm. Pain wise I would say (4/10) would be a maximum! If I’m honest it was more that I couldn’t get comfortable enough than pain. The staff came every 2 hours and made sure I was up and walking around as this helps you recovery. 2 hours after surgery i was walking up and down the corridors. The staff in the hospital are brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. I stayed in the hospital for 2 nights before returning to the hotel. Megan checked in with me throughout and made sure I had everything I needed.

The nurse came to the hotel cleaned my incisions and changed dressings. She was lovely! I can’t remember her name but she gave me a lymphatic massage which changed the game! I then could stand upright, get comfortable and sleep well. I’d highly recommend! Although I didn’t realise there was a cost for this, so do keep that in mind. It is highly beneficial and really is worth getting atleast one.

The hotel we stayed in was next to a shopping mall which had variety of different foot places in and so cheap! McDonald’s, wraps, pizzas everything you can think of. By day 4 I was walking around the shopping centre. The more you walk the better you will feel and the quicker you will recover.

On day 6 I was picked up and taken for my check up with the surgeon who was happy with my progress and I was given a fit to fly form (although the staff at the air port never asked for it 🙈)

I flew home on day 8 and felt confident and ready for the flight. Beforehand I was nervous thinking I’d feel pressure once in the air. However I didn’t feel any pressure and everything ran smoothly!

I’m now over 3 weeks post surgery and I’m so happy with my results! I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend serene to friends and family. Without a doubt.

Tips :

take a dressing gown (with drains it’s hard to get dressed)

I took a small maternity pillow, amazing for keeping you elevated and stopping you from trying to turn over. I also took this on the plane to help with comfort.

Take an iPad with Netflix, the tv in the hotel doesn’t have any English channels

Take additional gauze swabs for use in the hotel if and when required

Take puppy training pads for the hotel, I used them to sit on in case of a drain leak

Lots of deodorant and dry shampoo - I wasn’t allowed a shower until day 7 post surgery

Have silicon scar tape & ScarEX ready for when you get home. I wasn’t allowed to use them until day 14 however the Cygnus coordinator do try and sell these to you at the hospital at a very high price. I did buy them there without knowing. It’s much cheaper to buy in the UK.

Get a spare compression garment, for when you shower
