I recently went to Sensu for a consultation regarding tooth pain and to see if I might be eligible for Invisalign. I was recommended by a friend who is currently a patient with Sensu to come here for my consultation.

When I walked in I was greeted by the reception team who were very helpful. I was then seen by Dr Anish Berry who was extremely attentive from the moment I stepped in. He explained every step of the consultation and made sure I was comfortable before continuing. Every question I had he answered thoroughly and provided helpful advice.

What stood out to me the most was that instead of trying to sell me treatment he reassured me about my tooth pain and gave me guidance on where I could go if the pain persisted long term. He also offered advice about Invisalign in case I decide to pursue orthodontic treatment in the future.

For a free consultation I couldn’t believe how professional the experience was! I didn’t feel pressured to proceed with anything, I was in complete control. Dr Berry was simply there to help with my enquiry and tooth pain.

I’m very grateful for the experience and I am genuinely considering treatment in the future. I will definitely return to Sensu when I’m ready.

I’ve been coming to sensu for a few years now for both dental work and teeth whitening. I have had a few dentist in the past but sensu are the best I’ve known. From the clinic to the staff, the dental work and the whitening products. They’re friendly and have a high standard of care for the patients even checking up with me after getting the whitening gels to make sure I’m happy and everything was ok with the product. Couldn’t be happier with them. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Best dentist I’ve been to, they’re all so friendly and very welcoming. I had my teeth whitened and now I have a big smile 😃

I had such a great experience at Sensu. From the moment I arrived the team were super friendly and made me feel welcome. The consultation was itself was great and everything was explained clearly, and I felt like my concerns and goals were genuinely listened to!

I had a very disappointing experience with Sensu Clinic in London.

For almost a year, I raised the same concern about my teeth, and it was never properly addressed. Each time I attended, my concerns were either dismissed or not taken seriously, which was extremely frustrating given the length of time I had been dealing with the issue.

The clinic seems focused on processing a high volume of patients rather than providing thorough, patient-centred care. Appointments felt rushed.

One of the main reasons I chose this clinic was the expectation that I would be treated by an orthodontist. However, I never actually saw the orthodontist as promised when signing up, which feels misleading.

Overall, I did not feel listened to, and I lack confidence in the quality and consistency of care provided. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Worst experience of my life with a dental surgery. They held me hostage after I paid so much money. Total mess.

I made the mistake of paying for Invisalign in full upfront with Sensu back in December. Four months on, I still don't have my aligners.

Follow-up appointments take nearly a month to secure. For a treatment that depends on consistency and momentum, the delays aren't just frustrating - they risk compromising the outcome entirely.

If you have any urgency about getting Invisalign sorted and have a busy professional life, this is not the provider for you. If I could go back and choose differently, I would without hesitation.

Currently receiving treatment for invisalign and whilst all the team members are super helpful in person and over the phone, clinical records have been pretty terrible to date.

No-one seems to be responsible for note-taking in or after any of the consultations. This means that had I not been so persistent (on advice of the hygeinist) in getting a record of my dental concerns/wishes to the specialist myself, my treatment plan would be created without consideration of any of the context that I expressed in my initial 3 consultations.
This likely comes down to the fact that very first consultation is conducted like more of a sales pitch with no documentation/follow up outside of the pricing structures.

I'm sure results will be great! (I was referred by my husband has had great results) but the experience so far has been frustrating
***As a side there was no record of my husband referring me after I expressed this on a few occassions and therefore he also battled to get a referral benefit - first world problems but paints the picture quite nicely!

I started my Invisalign treatment in 2024 and I’m very pleased with the final results. A big thank you to Dr Ilias and the team for the excellent care and service throughout my treatment.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Anish to get my crowns, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s an amazing dentist who made me feel completely comfortable, and the entire treatment was pain-free. My teeth look fantastic, and I’m incredibly grateful for his care. I can’t recommend Sensu enough—everyone on the team is so friendly and welcoming. Truly an outstanding dental practice.

I was a recurring customer last year for Invisalign, and I also had a hygiene appointment in July after completing my 6-month treatment. I contacted them in the last week of November to book another hygiene session for late December — and honestly, it has been a nightmare.

Unless you’re an active, high-paying customer, it feels like they simply don’t care. Once your main treatment is over, forget about receiving any attention. I requested several possible dates and got absolutely nothing in response. Completely ignored.

It really seems like they don’t want to deal with you anymore once the expensive part is done — even for a hygiene session, which isn’t cheap to begin with. I’ve been waiting for a reply for 48 hours now, and this request was originally raised last week.

I mean… no words.

My invisalign treatment has been highly efficient. My smile has changed significantly over the course of my treatment and I am already so much more confident with my teeth and my invisalign journey hasn't even finished yet.

I have had appointments that have fit around my schedule and have been helpful to work around my travel time (I live outside of London)

The consultants and dental staff have been friendly, patient and quick to respond to any questions I have had and have guided me through my invisalign journey, answering any and all questions and giving me tips to get the best results.

They have amended my treatment plan when necessary and the finance options have made it affordable for me.

I recently went to Sensu for an exam after a large chunk of my tooth broke off and was causing me an immense amount of pain. I called Sensu and they were able to book me in for an emergency appointment within two days.

When I came in for the filling, everything went really smoothly, it was a completely painless process. As someone who is quite squeamish I tend to get anxious about things like this but Dr. Berry was so friendly and professional throughout. He kept reassuring and explaining to me what was happening at each step, which really helped put me at ease.

The clinic itself is clean and modern and I felt well looked after without any fuss.

Overall, it was a really good experience. I'd definitely go back and would recommend Sensy to anyone looking for a reliable dentist in London.
