I have been looking for the paco rabanne ultrared for almost 8 years without success and have been afraid to order from websites that are not mainstream. Finally I gave sense42 a go thinking if I lose out I lose out let’s take a gamble. It paid off!!!!!!! Service was quick, dispatch was prompt and the product was spot on. I even compared it to the bottle I had and it was identical and of course the smell was just how I remember AMAZING. I am now ordering 2 more just in case they run out lol. Thanks guys you made my day.

Bought a perfume from them and they sent the aftershave version. I returned this (unopened, obviously, as it was perfectly clear at once they'd sent the wrong thing) and now, having waited 2 weeks for the perfume they are saying their supplier says the perfume is damaged and can't be re-sold! Furious. Unresolved as yet, but very unimpressed. UPDATE: Yes, did receive a refund, some time after the original 'purchase'. Offended by being asked to prove I had been sent the wrong thing, as if I was complaining for my own entertainment and amusement! (Sidebar: I ordered something else from another online company which had a fault. I received an immediate profuse apology, instant despatch of TWO perfect products - for the inconvenience. No request for 'photo evidence' of having been sent the wrong thing or it being damaged. That's what I call 5 star customer service.) FURTHER UPDATE: Sense 42 are asking for 'more information' - not sure why as it all seems pretty clear to me but I gather they're a small new start-up so I'm happy to take the time to clarify if that's helpful. Order placed and money taken 12th April. The wrong product arrived on April 14th, and I immediately notified the company. I was asked to provide photographic proof of this incorrect product (I was certainly not 'pretending' I had received the wrong thing for my own entertainment so was somewhat offended by this response). On the 19th April I was told the prefume I had ordered had already been sent and the aftershave I'd received would be collected, ten days now having passed since I originally ordered and paid. I chased this on the 21st, still having received nothing. On the 23rd I receieved a reply saying the aftershave I had returned was damaged and unsaleable, although I had obviously not even opened it as it was obvious at a glance that the wrong thing had been sent. In turn, I asked for THEIR photographic proof of the damage but this was never supplied. On the 24th April I was told they didn't have the perfume after all and as it was on back order they couldn't supply it at all in a timely manner, and I received a refund on the 26th (personally I wouldn't class this as refunded 'right away' as it took from the 12th to the 26th), hence my one star review. In total I had to send 9 emails before I had my refund. (I should add that Customer services were polite at all times.) I hope this clears up the exact timeline. I hope to draw a line under the experience, waste no more time, and just not have to think about this any more.

Pretty quick service, products weren't available in high street outlets so sense provided good solution. Other items I wanted not in stock. Search engine tends to over provide returns. Overall will use again.
