Selling rancid perfume that was obviously darkened and oxidized. Doesn't even resemble what it's supposed to smell like. Scammers offered to send me the rancid perfume back or continue to charge me for them unloading their expired products for a 40% off sale. Scam. Never buy from this store. Trash

Horrible

Horrible, you really deserve no stars. You claimed you had the product I ordered, took my money, sent delivery notifications, just to tell me you had to refund my money with no explanation, will never purchase from here again.

Never received order

Carrier handoff issue caused a delay and when a reshipment was processed the item was out of stock so items were never received. Issue wasn’t acknowledged until a few weeks later.

Poor customer service

I returned an unused perfume. They informed me that it was opened so they are unable to refund me my $225. They offered me 50% store credit or they would return the perfume to me. I was happy for them to return the perfume. However, they never shipped it and would not communicate with me any longer. Terrible customer service.

Rancid perfumes & Bad service

The perfume I ordered 3 of, I opened one and it smelled absolutely rancid! I kept the one I opened and decided to return the other two, I still have not gotten my refund and they claim I opened their item and are only offering me 50% or they ship it back to me. I have been contacting them everyday, still no response they have my money and the perfumes it was $600 I spent with them. Do your self a favor and AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

Kinda of disappointed that i ordered a bottle of Bon9 Greenwich on January 6 and it never shipped so i emailed them asking for an update they said it was a slight delay but they would ship it within the next day or 2 . Then a few days later then send me an email saying they are canceling my order because they dont have the frangrace i ordered, which just baffles me because why would ypu allow me to order it then wait a whole 7 days before you decided you didnt have it or wouldnt be able to fulfill my order. Be careful with sites like this sometimes they have really good prices but then you have to deal with stuff like this . Its almost worth just spending the extra money on a more trusted fragrance discounter. Im giving them 2 stara because at least i got my money back without too much of a hassle otherwise it would be 1

Excellent experience

I don’t know why there are bad reviews, obviously not my experience since I rate Sensa 5/5. I ordered cologne that I then tried to stop shipment on, but it was already shipped. As soon as I got it, I shipped it back and in the meantime, had been corresponding with what I believe was automated response and also response from a customer service member. I mailed it back to them and my return has been processed. It was all very easy and handled well. I will definitely order from them in the future. I had ordered the wrong cologne for my son, which is why I returned it.

AVOID THIS SELLER - USED/POSSIBLY FAKE GOODS SOLD AS NEW AND AUTHENTIC.

Avoid this seller. Operates out of an apartment in Bal Harbour, shipping repackaged or possibly counterfeit fragrances as “new.” I ordered two items from the same brand: one arrived destroyed, used, and dirty (black marks everywhere, damages to the physical box, peeling security sticker that was caked with years of grime with almost no stick left); the other had only the usual off-price imperfections. Communication from the company was unprofessional and dismissive. Their “solution” was to take back the obviously used product and send another, which is the bare minimum.

The exchange process was careless. Even after they caused me to have no gift for my young niece’s birthday, they said the replacement would take a week. That was laughable since the return I mailed back reached them in one business day, yet their replacement—after shipping me something in shocking, very obviously damaged condition—was going to crawl from FL to NY by snail mail.

This is not a real retailer. It’s a drop shipper selling off-price, possibly fake goods (many online reviews say they received fragrances they know well but did not match when bought from SENSA). No infrastructure, no accountability, no standards. Many legitimate retailers sell the same products without these issues. Do not shop here.

The cologne I recently purchased from…

The cologne I recently purchased from Sensa was suspiciously packaged with the cellophane very loose like it had possibly been opened. After removing the cellophane, I opened the box and pulled out the cologne. The cologne smells nothing like the original and either someone swapped this cologne and returned it or it is fake. I am very concerned as the product smells like rubbing alcohol and nothing like Layton Parfums De Marley.

I recently ordered from this website…

I recently ordered from this website and I am HIGHLY disappointed in the product itself and also the service. I ordered a Bond no. 9 fragrance from Sensa Beauty. I have purchased this fragrance several times in the past so I am familiar with the scent profile; as well as the amazing projection and longevity of the scent. The fragrance that Sensa Beauty sent me smelled identical to Bond however, the scent only lasted less than an hour and had no projection at all. The overall performance of the fragrance from Sensa was weak. So this was clearly a fake bottle. This bottle also didn't have a batch number; which indicates that it specifally came from Bond. I emailed Sensa to express my concerns and demand a refund. They told me they would only give me 75% store credit. Why would I want purchase from this store if now I am aware that they sell fake fragrances?!?!? Since my last email they have totally stopped responding to me in totality. I feel cheated out of my money and scammed. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau for selling fake fragrances.
