Sonia was fast and efficient in helping find the right nursing home. She was very attentive and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more.

I wasn’t sure what the service was when I started; the process of finding care is overwhelming but I was so grateful for the help. Hannah D. Called me, asked me about my situation and dads needs and recommended 3 care homes. She also looked up homes I had been researching myself to give me more information.

I would not have thought to look at one she recommended as I thought it would be out of our price reach. I am so grateful for her recommendation: the home is the best I viewed and they agreed to our price. I am now in the process of securing a placement. Hannah called me back multiple times to see how I was getting on and if I needed anymore help. Fantastic service, can’t thank you enough Hannah.

Hannah has been superb in advising me about local homes for my mum. I’m a little “rabbit in the headlights” at the moment and Hannah has kept it straight forward and understandable. Exactly what I need right now.

I am in the process of looking for a care home placement for a relative, in the Lancashire area. I spoke to Maya, who was patient and understanding of my needs. She was thorough and very professional, and was able to advise be about a number of suitable places. She then sent me a list in order for me to view them online. I have now arranged to visit some of them, and am hopeful of finding the right place, thanks to her advice. I am very impressed with this free service. I would recommend Senior Home Plus to anyone in my situation.

My Mum died in January & this excuse of a company is still emailing me about a nursing home. I have phoned & emailed my “Advisor” - Joey Beck - to update him on numerous occasions but he will not remove my details from their records. It’s impossible to get through to anyone to lodge a complaint. DO NOT USE THEM
Update 09/06/26: Joey has confirmed my details have been removed from their system & they will not be contacting me again. He has also apologised for not removing my details when first requested. I’m grateful for this issue to be, finally, resolved.

I Queried these regarding my stepdad! They've ended up absolutely harassing me constantly phoning my phone I've blocked the number they've used other numbers they are an absolute pest !! Leave me alone I've tried to have them remove my number yet still they ring ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING!! Stop harassing me , if I needed your services I'd of rang you myself it's so bad now STOP IT !! It feels like stalking /harassment!!

Thank you for your response I'd asked a chap to STOP & remove my number then got 2 calls back to back the following day ! However it has now stopped yet all it did was add stress to me at a most certainly difficult time & was wholly unhelpful, AND STILL THEY RANG ME !!! My friend sadly passed away Friday 22/5 & these jokers rang again !! I went absolutely BALLISTIC at them I'm hugely dissapointed at a company thsts supposed to help THEY were told my father was in a home & must of rang 10 more times after receiving this information!! So SO SO SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL avoid at all costs of you value your peace!! They are intrusive pests !!! This was. 22/05/26 so continued a further month !!! Disgusting

Maya was extremely helpful.it was very stressful trying to find a care home for my mum i must have rang 20 places and got no where. i would try senior home and their first recommensation was actually perfect.5 mins from my house and they take very good care of my mum.

Nikki Green was incredibly helpful, understanding, informative and supportive. She quickly grasped the situation and came up with several solutions which has led to my brother being able to have some respite care in an environment that will work well for him, ahead of moving into a more permanent home. Nikki regularly checked in and kept in touch which was comforting.

Received a call back within 10 mins of registering on line. Excellent service and gave sound advice
