Anxious to try some new menus.
Enjoyed taking the quz however, quiz answers didn't always fit my situation. For example, my eating plan is breakfast and dinner and maybe some healthy snacks like nuts, dried fruit, yogurt. I am elderly, have two new knees and need to lose cortisol belly. I'm anxious to try some new menus. As a TOPS member, I will be reporting to my chapter how effective this diet is.
