Shirt fitted absolutely perfect. The quality is great and it feels soft love it!

The process took longer than I would have liked, but the pants fit great. So it was worth the wait.

The quality is incredible, shocking how well made a t-shirt can feel! I ordered the standard size, small/womens/cumulus T. I have never owned or even felt such a soft and well made t shirt. I immediately ordered 4 more when I received it. I’m curious to try their custom fits now too. My only complaint is that I feel like they’re not up front about how long it will take to get the order. The T’s took about 2 weeks to come, and the pants I ordered are taking about a month. It’s because they make each item as it’s ordered, so that’s cool, but I wish I had known that upfront.

The fit and quality from SENE are on another level. You simply don’t get this kind of precision from mass-produced brands. Everything feels tailored, comfortable, and intentional right out of the box. It’s become my go-to because it just works without the guesswork.

I placed my order on November 25, and I never received it until late Dec or early Jan. I left town on Dec 25th, so I don't know when it came. However, they claim the order was shipped on time. So, the delivery time is a month?
I returned after five weeks from my trip. I tried the jeans, and the fit is not the best. I reach out to have it redone, and I get a response that I am past my refund/exchange time. How is it past the time when I didn't get the delivery on time, and I am to be blamed for being out of town?

I love the quality of the clothes. The Cumulus white cotten t-shirt is soft and not see-through like so many others. I also love the Wide-Leg Flex Tech Trouser. The style is comfortable and can be dressed up for business casual. I also appreciate the customer service I received. I requested a change to a carrier that can deliver to my location and it was done at no additional charge.

These shirts are fantastic quality and the team makes sure the fit is perfect. I worked with support to remake my first shirt and they were very responsive and guided my custom fit. Cannot be the price for the level of service and quality. After dialing in the fit, I ordered a bunch more of the cumulus shirt. Really impressed with this company all around!

Absolutely love the Cumulus T-shirt as it fits exactly as I expected it to. Decided to purchase two mods before I even had a chance to remove the labels. Customer service was great answering my questions about the weight of the cotton as it's much heavier than what I am used to.

Such a great company to work with and get clothing from. Everything I have had done has been to perfection and I receive compliments regularly.

Should’ve read the bad to mediocre reviews before ordering. Company is a scam, designs and fabric are cheap looking and overpriced. Founders haven’t created anything special or novel just cluttering the earth with even more fabric.

I ordered a suit months in advance for a very specific event and provided my exact measurements. What I received looked nothing like what I ordered and the sizing was completely wrong. The suit wasn’t even close to wearable — sleeves wrong, fit wrong, proportions totally off. It honestly felt like the measurements I sent were completely ignored.

What made the situation even worse was the horrible customer service that followed. Instead of taking responsibility for sending a product that was clearly incorrect and provided a refund, they refused to refund my money. After waiting months and planning ahead for an important event, I was left scrambling at the last minute to find something else with double the out of pocket expense.

When a company messes up this badly, the bare minimum should be to stand behind their product and fix the issue. That did not happen here. Instead I got excuses and a refusal to refund.

If you are thinking about ordering from this company, be warned. The product quality is questionable, the measurements clearly aren’t followed, and if something goes wrong you should not expect them to stand behind their work.

Save yourself the time, stress, and money and go somewhere else.

Do not buy their suits. I tried and have had many re-made. They never fit properly, sometimes it feels like no adjustments are made. Return window is small and you get stuck with store credit for a company that makes a poor product. It’s been 8 months and I still don’t have a suit that fits.

I absolutely LOVE this brand. My first purchase was a basic white T-shirt. Every other T-shirt I have tried is either too thin and "not dressy" enough, or the neck hole is too big. The SENE custom fit was perfect...on the first try.

This is my first custom suit of any kind and I couldn’t be happier with it. I was skeptical about the fit, as it is “made to fit” not “made to measure” and this is accomplished via a quiz about your body shape and fit preferences.

Sene has a process for helping you assess the fit and to make any necessary adjustments, but I didn’t take advantage of that, as my suit fit perfectly.

I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Love the fit of my Soho FlexTech pants. Nothing compares to clothes that are perfectly tailored to fit you. I initially purchased a Soho suit and loved the personalized fit of my suit so much that I have since ordered two more pairs of the Flex Tech pants. Having already gone through the fitting process for the suit they had my exact fitting specs already so getting the pants was a breeze. Have received many compliments since. Highly recommend

Was skeptical of this Instagram find, but so happy I ordered. Custom fit T-shirts for a reasonable price, remade and shipped free until it fits like a glove. Love the material. Will be a repeat customer now that my fit is dialed in and recorded. Kudos.

Everything is easy and intuitive - and if it's not, customer service will promptly help you out. The construction and fabrics are top notch. In particular the new cumulus long sleeve shirts are fantastic - A nice heavyweight cotton fabricated as a standard long sleeve shirt is perfect for San Francisco weather.

Sene promises custom-made suits at a good price that don't need ironing. Unfortunately, they are 100% polyester - and really look it. The quality was terrible, so I returned it - only to find a bait-and-switch policy that they accept returns for credit only, which is not apparent upon checkout. While I can't speak to the quality of their other products, they are incredibly overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

Recently received my 3rd suit from Sene and I'm blown away. The fit is absolutely perfect, I wore the green one today and got compliments all day long.
What really sets Sene apart is the fit and thoughtful design details. The little cutout in the back of the pants makes it noticeably more comfortable than standard pants. I love the tab closures instead of regular buttons, it's a small touch that makes a big difference in both look and feel. And the way the sleeves open on the jacket and button is really well designed.

Yes, it takes a little longer than fast fashion, but it's absolutely worth the wait. When you're getting something made specifically for your body, the extra time shows in the final product.

The customer service team is great to work with throughout the process. If you're on the fence about trying them, just do it. You won't regret it.
