I ordered 3 vapes a week ago standard delivery 2-4days and still not recieved my order, this is first time it’s happened, normally I receive them within 2 days and I’m still waiting spending more money on other vapes

I ordered a mixed pack of 10 vapes
I ordered a mixed pack of 10 vapes, and 1 of them didn’t work. I emailed the company and asked for a replacement or money off my next order and they ignored me. I stupidly ordered another batch of 10 and this time they only sent 9 vapes. Very unhappy
